{"id":2353,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"54","bab_id":14.0,"english_bab_number":"14","arabic_bab_number":"14","hadith_number":"2730","our_hadith_number":18,"arabic_urn":126561,"arabic_bab_name":"باب إِذَا اشْتَرَطَ فِي الْمُزَارَعَةِ إِذَا شِئْتُ أَخْرَجْتُكَ","arabic_text":"لَمَّا فَدَعَ أَهْلُ خَيْبَرَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، قَامَ عُمَرُ خَطِيبًا فَقَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ عَامَلَ يَهُودَ خَيْبَرَ عَلَى أَمْوَالِهِمْ، وَقَالَ ‏\"‏ نُقِرُّكُمْ مَا أَقَرَّكُمُ اللَّهُ ‏\"‏‏.‏ وَإِنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ خَرَجَ إِلَى مَالِهِ هُنَاكَ فَعُدِيَ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ، فَفُدِعَتْ يَدَاهُ وَرِجْلاَهُ، وَلَيْسَ لَنَا هُنَاكَ عَدُوٌّ غَيْرُهُمْ، هُمْ عَدُوُّنَا وَتُهَمَتُنَا، وَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ إِجْلاَءَهُمْ، فَلَمَّا أَجْمَعَ عُمَرُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ أَتَاهُ أَحَدُ بَنِي أَبِي الْحُقَيْقِ، فَقَالَ يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، أَتُخْرِجُنَا وَقَدْ أَقَرَّنَا مُحَمَّدٌ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَعَامَلَنَا عَلَى الأَمْوَالِ، وَشَرَطَ ذَلِكَ لَنَا فَقَالَ عُمَرُ أَظَنَنْتَ أَنِّي نَسِيتُ قَوْلَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ كَيْفَ بِكَ إِذَا أُخْرِجْتَ مِنْ خَيْبَرَ تَعْدُو بِكَ قَلُوصُكَ، لَيْلَةً بَعْدَ لَيْلَةٍ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَقَالَ كَانَتْ هَذِهِ هُزَيْلَةً مِنْ أَبِي الْقَاسِمِ‏.‏ قَالَ كَذَبْتَ يَا عَدُوَّ اللَّهِ‏.‏ فَأَجْلاَهُمْ عُمَرُ وَأَعْطَاهُمْ قِيمَةَ مَا كَانَ لَهُمْ مِنَ الثَّمَرِ مَالاً وَإِبِلاً وَعُرُوضًا، مِنْ أَقْتَابٍ وَحِبَالٍ وَغَيْرِ ذَلِكَ‏","arabic_transliteration":"lammaa fada'a 'ahlu khaybara 'abda alllahi bna 'umara، qaama 'umaru khatiybana faqaala 'inna rasuwla alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm kaana 'aamala yahuwda khaybara 'alay 'amwaalihim، waqaala ‏\"‏ nuqirrukum maa 'aqarrakumu alllahu ‏\"‏‏.‏ wa'inna 'abda alllahi bna 'umara kharaja 'ilay maalihi hunaaka fa'udiya 'alayhi mina alllayli، fafudi'at yadaahu warijlaahu، walaysa lanaa hunaaka 'aduwwun ghayruhum، hum 'aduwwunaa watuhamatunaa، waqad ra'aytu 'ijlaa'ahum، falammaa 'ajma'a 'umaru 'alay dhalika 'ataahu 'ahadu baniy 'abiy alhuqayqi، faqaala yaa 'amiyra almu'miniyna، 'atukhrijunaa waqad 'aqarranaa muhammadun sly allh 'lyh wslm wa'aamalanaa 'alay al'amwaali، washarata dhalika lanaa faqaala 'umaru 'azananta 'anniy nasiytu qawla rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ kayfa bika 'idhaa 'ukhrijta min khaybara ta'duw bika qaluwsuka، laylahan ba'da laylahin ‏\"‏‏.‏ faqaala kaanat hadhihi huzaylahan min 'abiy alqaasimi‏.‏ qaala kadhabta yaa 'aduwwa alllahi‏.‏ fa'ajlaahum 'umaru wa'a'taahum qiymaha maa kaana lahum mina alththamari maalaan wa'ibilaan wa'uruwdana، min 'aqtaabin wahibaalin waghayri dhalika‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":25540,"english_bab_name":"If the landlord stipulates that he would terminate the contract whenever he likes","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Ibn `Umar:\n\n<p>When the people of Khaibar dislocated `Abdullah bin `Umar's hands and feet, `Umar got up \ndelivering a sermon saying, \"No doubt, Allah's Apostle made a contract with the Jews concerning \ntheir properties, and said to them, 'We allow you (to stand in your land) as long as Allah allows you.' \nNow `Abdullah bin `Umar went to his land and was attacked at night, and his hands and feet were \ndislocated, and as we have no enemies there except those Jews, they are our enemies and the only \npeople whom we suspect, I have made up my mind to exile them.\" When `Umar decided to carry out \nhis decision, a son of Abu Al-Haqiq's came and addressed `Umar, \"O chief of the believers, will you \nexile us although Muhammad allowed us to stay at our places, and made a contract with us about our \nproperties, and accepted the condition of our residence in our land?\" `Umar said, \"Do you think that I \nhave forgotten the statement of Allah's Apostle, i.e.: What will your condition be when you are \nexpelled from Khaibar and your camel will be carrying you night after night?\" The Jew replied, \"That \nwas joke from Abul-Qasim.\" `Umar said, \"O the enemy of Allah! You are telling a lie.\" `Umar then \ndrove them out and paid them the price of their properties in the form of fruits, money, camel saddles \nand ropes, etc.\"","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
