{"id":23386,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"41","bab_id":32.0,"english_bab_number":"1676","arabic_bab_number":"32","hadith_number":"4595","our_hadith_number":102,"arabic_urn":945980,"arabic_bab_name":"باب الْقِصَاصِ مِنَ السِّنِّ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ كَسَرَتِ الرُّبَيِّعُ أُخْتُ أَنَسِ بْنِ النَّضْرِ ثَنِيَّةَ امْرَأَةٍ فَأَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَضَى بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ الْقِصَاصَ فَقَالَ أَنَسُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ لاَ تُكْسَرُ ثَنِيَّتُهَا الْيَوْمَ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ يَا أَنَسُ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ الْقِصَاصُ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ فَرَضُوا بِأَرْشٍ أَخَذُوهُ فَعَجِبَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَقَالَ ‏\"‏ إِنَّ مِنْ عِبَادِ اللَّهِ مَنْ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ لأَبَرَّهُ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ سَمِعْتُ أَحْمَدَ بْنَ حَنْبَلٍ قِيلَ لَهُ كَيْفَ يُقْتَصُّ مِنَ السِّنِّ قَالَ تُبْرَدُ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa musaddadun، haddathanaa almu'tamiru، 'an humaydin alttawiyli، 'an 'anasi bni maalikin، qaala kasarati alrrubayyi'u 'ukhtu 'anasi bni alnnadri thaniyyaha amra'ahin fa'atawua alnnabiyya sly allh 'lyh wslm faqaday bikitaabi alllahi alqisaasa faqaala 'anasu bnu alnnadri waalladhiy ba'athaka bialhaqqi laa tuksaru thaniyyatuhaa alyawma ‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ yaa 'anasu kitaabu alllahi alqisaasu ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ faraduwa bi'arshin 'akhadhuwhu fa'ajiba nabiyyu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm waqaala ‏\"‏ 'inna min 'ibaadi alllahi man law 'aqsama 'alay alllahi l'abarrahu ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ qaala 'abuw daawuda sami'tu 'ahmada bna hanbalin qiyla lahu kayfa yuqtassu mina alssinni qaala tubradu ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":845780,"english_bab_name":"Al-Qasas For A Tooth","english_text":"Narrated Anas bin Malik:\nAl-Rubayyi', sister of Anas b. al-Nadr, broke (one of) the front teeth of a woman. They came to the Prophet (saws). He made a decision in accordance with the Book of Allah that retaliation should be taken. Anas b. al-Nadr said: I swear by Him who has sent you the truth, her front tooth will not be broken today. He replied: Anas ! Allah's decree is retaliation. But the people were agreeable to accepting a fine, so the Prophet (saws) said: Among Allah's servants there are those who, if they adjured Allah, He (Allah) would consent to it.\n</p>\n<p>\nAbu Dawud said: I heard Ahmad b. Hanbal say: He was asked : How retaliation of a tooth is taken ? He said: It is broken with a file.\n</p>","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
