{"id":23240,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"40","bab_id":26.0,"english_bab_number":"26","arabic_bab_number":"26","hadith_number":"4449","our_hadith_number":99,"arabic_urn":944520,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي رَجْمِ الْيَهُودِيَّيْنِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَسْلَمَ، حَدَّثَهُ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ أَتَى نَفَرٌ مِنْ يَهُودَ فَدَعَوْا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى الْقُفِّ فَأَتَاهُمْ فِي بَيْتِ الْمِدْرَاسِ فَقَالُوا يَا أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ إِنَّ رَجُلاً مِنَّا زَنَى بِامْرَأَةٍ فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ فَوَضَعُوا لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وِسَادَةً فَجَلَسَ عَلَيْهَا ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏\"‏ ائْتُونِي بِالتَّوْرَاةِ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ فَأُتِيَ بِهَا فَنَزَعَ الْوِسَادَةَ مِنْ تَحْتِهِ فَوَضَعَ التَّوْرَاةَ عَلَيْهَا ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏\"‏ آمَنْتُ بِكِ وَبِمَنْ أَنْزَلَكِ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏\"‏ ائْتُونِي بِأَعْلَمِكُمْ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ فَأُتِيَ بِفَتًى شَابٍّ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ قِصَّةَ الرَّجْمِ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa 'ahmadu bnu sa'iydin alhamdaaniyyu، haddathanaa abnu wahbin، haddathaniy hishaamu bnu sa'din، 'anna zayda bna 'aslama، haddathahu 'ani abni 'umara، qaala 'atay nafarun min yahuwda fada'awa rasuwla alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm 'ilay alquffi fa'ataahum fiy bayti almidraasi faqaaluwa yaa 'abaa alqaasimi 'inna rajulaan minnaa zanay biamra'ahin faahkum baynahum fawada'uwa lirasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm wisaadahan fajalasa 'alayhaa thumma qaala ‏\"‏ a'tuwniy bialttawraahi ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ fa'utiya bihaa fanaza'a alwisaadaha min tahtihi fawada'a alttawraaha 'alayhaa thumma qaala ‏\"‏ 'aamantu biki wabiman 'anzalaki ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ thumma qaala ‏\"‏ a'tuwniy bi'a'lamikum ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ fa'utiya bifatany shaabbin thumma dhakara qissaha alrrajmi nahwa hadiythi maalikin 'an naafi'in ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"حسن","english_urn":844340,"english_bab_name":"The stoning of the two jews","english_text":"<p>\n\nNarrated Abdullah Ibn Umar:\n</p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nA group of Jews came and invited the Messenger of Allah (saws) to Quff. So he visited them in their school.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nThey said: AbulQasim, one of our men has committed fornication with a woman; so pronounce judgment upon them.  They placed a cushion for the Messenger of Allah (saws) who sat on it and said: Bring the Torah. It was then brought. He then withdrew the cushion from beneath him and placed the Torah on it saying: I believed in thee and in Him Who revealed thee. \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nHe then said: Bring me one who is learned among you. Then a young man was brought. The transmitter then mentioned the rest of the tradition of stoning similar to the one transmitted by Malik from Nafi'(No. 4431).\n</p>","english_grade":"Hasan","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
