{"id":2324,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"53","bab_id":6.0,"english_bab_number":"6","arabic_bab_number":"6","hadith_number":"2699","our_hadith_number":9,"arabic_urn":126270,"arabic_bab_name":"بَابُ كَيْفَ يُكْتَبُ هَذَا مَا صَالَحَ فُلاَنُ بْنُ فُلاَنٍ. وَفُلاَنُ بْنُ فُلاَنٍ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَنْسُبْهُ إِلَى قَبِيلَتِهِ، أَوْ نَسَبِهِ","arabic_text":"اعْتَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي ذِي الْقَعْدَةِ، فَأَبَى أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ أَنْ يَدَعُوهُ يَدْخُلُ مَكَّةَ، حَتَّى قَاضَاهُمْ عَلَى أَنْ يُقِيمَ بِهَا ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ، فَلَمَّا كَتَبُوا الْكِتَابَ كَتَبُوا هَذَا مَا قَاضَى عَلَيْهِ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم‏.‏ فَقَالُوا لاَ نُقِرُّ بِهَا، فَلَوْ نَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ مَا مَنَعْنَاكَ، لَكِنْ أَنْتَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ أَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ وَأَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ ثُمَّ قَالَ لِعَلِيٍّ ‏\"‏ امْحُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ لاَ، وَاللَّهِ لاَ أَمْحُوكَ أَبَدًا، فَأَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْكِتَابَ، فَكَتَبَ هَذَا مَا قَاضَى عَلَيْهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، لاَ يَدْخُلُ مَكَّةَ سِلاَحٌ إِلاَّ فِي الْقِرَابِ، وَأَنْ لاَ يَخْرُجَ مِنْ أَهْلِهَا بِأَحَدٍ، إِنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَتَّبِعَهُ، وَأَنْ لاَ يَمْنَعَ أَحَدًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُقِيمَ بِهَا‏.‏ فَلَمَّا دَخَلَهَا، وَمَضَى الأَجَلُ أَتَوْا عَلِيًّا، فَقَالُوا قُلْ لِصَاحِبِكَ اخْرُجْ عَنَّا فَقَدْ مَضَى الأَجَلُ‏.‏ فَخَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَتَبِعَتْهُمُ ابْنَةُ حَمْزَةَ يَا عَمِّ يَا عَمِّ‏.‏ فَتَنَاوَلَهَا عَلِيٌّ فَأَخَذَ بِيَدِهَا، وَقَالَ لِفَاطِمَةَ عَلَيْهَا السَّلاَمُ دُونَكِ ابْنَةَ عَمِّكِ، احْمِلِيهَا‏.‏ فَاخْتَصَمَ فِيهَا عَلِيٌّ وَزَيْدٌ وَجَعْفَرٌ، فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ أَنَا أَحَقُّ بِهَا وَهْىَ ابْنَةُ عَمِّي‏.‏ وَقَالَ جَعْفَرٌ ابْنَةُ عَمِّي وَخَالَتُهَا تَحْتِي‏.‏ وَقَالَ زَيْدٌ ابْنَةُ أَخِي‏.‏ فَقَضَى بِهَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِخَالَتِهَا‏.‏ وَقَالَ ‏\"‏ الْخَالَةُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الأُمِّ ‏\"‏‏.‏ وَقَالَ لِعَلِيٍّ ‏\"‏ أَنْتَ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْكَ ‏\"‏‏.‏ وَقَالَ لِجَعْفَرٍ ‏\"‏ أَشْبَهْتَ خَلْقِي وَخُلُقِي ‏\"‏‏.‏ وَقَالَ لِزَيْدٍ ‏\"‏ أَنْتَ أَخُونَا وَمَوْلاَنَا ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"a'tamara alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm fiy dhiy alqa'dahi، fa'abay 'ahlu makkaha 'an yada'uwhu yadkhulu makkaha، hattay qaadaahum 'alay 'an yuqiyma bihaa thalaathaha 'ayyaamin، falammaa katabuwa alkitaaba katabuwa hadhaa maa qaaday 'alayhi muhammadun rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm‏.‏ faqaaluwa laa nuqirru bihaa، falaw na'lamu 'annaka rasuwlu alllahi maa mana'naaka، lakin 'anta muhammadu bnu 'abdi alllahi‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ 'anaa rasuwlu alllahi wa'anaa muhammadu bnu 'abdi alllahi ‏\"‏‏.‏ thumma qaala li'aliyyin ‏\"‏ amhu rasuwlu alllahi ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala laa، waalllahi laa 'amhuwka 'abadana، fa'akhadha rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm alkitaaba، fakataba hadhaa maa qaaday 'alayhi muhammadu bnu 'abdi alllahi، laa yadkhulu makkaha silaahun 'ilaaa fiy alqiraabi، wa'an laa yakhruja min 'ahlihaa bi'ahadin، 'in 'araada 'an yattabi'ahu، wa'an laa yamna'a 'ahadana min 'ashaabihi 'araada 'an yuqiyma bihaa‏.‏ falammaa dakhalahaa، wamaday al'ajalu 'atawa 'aliyyana، faqaaluwa qul lisaahibika akhruj 'annaa faqad maday al'ajalu‏.‏ fakharaja alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm fatabi'athumu abnahu hamzaha yaa 'ammi yaa 'ammi‏.‏ fatanaawalahaa 'aliyyun fa'akhadha biyadihaa، waqaala lifaatimaha 'alayhaa alssalaamu duwnaki abnaha 'ammiki، ahmiliyhaa‏.‏ faakhtasama fiyhaa 'aliyyun wazaydun waja'farun، faqaala 'aliyyun 'anaa 'ahaqqu bihaa wahya abnahu 'ammiy‏.‏ waqaala ja'farun abnahu 'ammiy wakhaalatuhaa tahtiy‏.‏ waqaala zaydun abnahu 'akhiy‏.‏ faqaday bihaa alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm likhaalatihaa‏.‏ waqaala ‏\"‏ alkhaalahu bimanzilahi al'ummi ‏\"‏‏.‏ waqaala li'aliyyin ‏\"‏ 'anta minniy wa'anaa minka ‏\"‏‏.‏ waqaala lija'farin ‏\"‏ 'ashbahta khalqiy wakhuluqiy ‏\"‏‏.‏ waqaala lizaydin ‏\"‏ 'anta 'akhuwnaa wamawlaanaa ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":25270,"english_bab_name":"How to write (re)conciliation","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Al-Bara:\n\n<p>When the Prophet intended to perform `Umra in the month of Dhul-Qada, the people of Mecca did not \nlet him enter Mecca till he settled the matter with them by promising to stay in it for three days only. \nWhen the document of treaty was written, the following was mentioned: 'These are the terms on \nwhich Muhammad, Allah's Apostle agreed (to make peace).' They said, \"We will not agree to this, for \nif we believed that you are Allah's Apostle we would not prevent you, but you are Muhammad bin \n`Abdullah.\" The Prophet said, \"I am Allah's Apostle and also Muhammad bin `Abdullah.\" Then he \nsaid to `Ali, \"Rub off (the words) 'Allah's Apostle' \", but `Ali said, \"No, by Allah, I will never rub off \nyour name.\" So, Allah's Apostle took the document and wrote, 'This is what Muhammad bin \n`Abdullah has agreed upon: No arms will be brought into Mecca except in their cases, and nobody \nfrom the people of Mecca will be allowed to go with him (i.e. the Prophet ) even if he wished to \nfollow him and he (the Prophet ) will not prevent any of his companions from staying in Mecca if the \nlatter wants to stay.' When the Prophet entered Mecca and the time limit passed, the Meccans went to \n`Ali and said, \"Tell your Friend (i.e. the Prophet ) to go out, as the period (agreed to) has passed.\" So, \nthe Prophet went out of Mecca. The daughter of Hamza ran after them (i.e. the Prophet and his \ncompanions), calling, \"O Uncle! O Uncle!\" `Ali received her and led her by the hand and said to \nFatima, \"Take your uncle's daughter.\" Zaid and Ja`far quarreled about her. `Ali said, \"I have more \nright to her as she is my uncle's daughter.\" Ja`far said, \"She is my uncle's daughter, and her aunt is my \nwife.\" Zaid said, \"She is my brother's daughter.\" The Prophet judged that she should be given to her \naunt, and said that the aunt was like the mother. He then said to 'All, \"You are from me and I am from \nyou\", and said to Ja`far, \"You resemble me both in character and appearance\", and said to Zaid, \"You \nare our brother (in faith) and our freed slave.\"","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
