{"id":23170,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"40","bab_id":7.0,"english_bab_number":"7","arabic_bab_number":"7","hadith_number":"4379","our_hadith_number":29,"arabic_urn":943820,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي صَاحِبِ الْحَدِّ يَجِيءُ فَيُقِرُّ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ فَارِسٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ وَائِلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً، خَرَجَتْ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم تُرِيدُ الصَّلاَةَ فَتَلَقَّاهَا رَجُلٌ فَتَجَلَّلَهَا فَقَضَى حَاجَتَهُ مِنْهَا فَصَاحَتْ وَانْطَلَقَ فَمَرَّ عَلَيْهَا رَجُلٌ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ ذَاكَ فَعَلَ بِي كَذَا وَكَذَا وَمَرَّتْ عِصَابَةٌ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلَ فَعَلَ بِي كَذَا وَكَذَا ‏.‏ فَانْطَلَقُوا فَأَخَذُوا الرَّجُلَ الَّذِي ظَنَّتْ أَنَّهُ وَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا فَأَتَوْهَا بِهِ فَقَالَتْ نَعَمْ هُوَ هَذَا ‏.‏ فَأَتَوْا بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَلَمَّا أَمَرَ بِهِ قَامَ صَاحِبُهَا الَّذِي وَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَنَا صَاحِبُهَا ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ اذْهَبِي فَقَدْ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَكِ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ لِلرَّجُلِ قَوْلاً حَسَنًا ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ يَعْنِي الرَّجُلَ الْمَأْخُوذَ وَقَالَ لِلرَّجُلِ الَّذِي وَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا ‏\"‏ ارْجُمُوهُ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ لَقَدْ تَابَ تَوْبَةً لَوْ تَابَهَا أَهْلُ الْمَدِينَةِ لَقُبِلَ مِنْهُمْ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ رَوَاهُ أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ أَيْضًا عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa muhammadu bnu yahyay bni faarisin، haddathanaa alfiryaabiyyu، haddathanaa 'israa'iylu، haddathanaa simaaku bnu harbin، 'an 'alqamaha bni waa'ilin، 'an 'abiyhi، 'anna amra'ahan، kharajat 'alay 'ahdi alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm turiydu alssalaaha fatalaqqaahaa rajulun fatajallalahaa faqaday haajatahu minhaa fasaahat waantalaqa famarra 'alayhaa rajulun faqaalat 'inna dhaaka fa'ala biy kadhaa wakadhaa wamarrat 'isaabahun mina almuhaajiriyna faqaalat 'inna dhalika alrrajula fa'ala biy kadhaa wakadhaa ‏.‏ faantalaquwa fa'akhadhuwa alrrajula alladhiy zannat 'annahu waqa'a 'alayhaa fa'atawhaa bihi faqaalat na'am huwa hadhaa ‏.‏ fa'atawa bihi alnnabiyya sly allh 'lyh wslm falammaa 'amara bihi qaama saahibuhaa alladhiy waqa'a 'alayhaa faqaala yaa rasuwla alllahi 'anaa saahibuhaa ‏.‏ faqaala ‏\"‏ adhhabiy faqad ghafara alllahu laki ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ waqaala lilrrajuli qawlaan hasanana ‏.‏ qaala 'abuw daawuda ya'niy alrrajula alma'khuwdha waqaala lilrrajuli alladhiy waqa'a 'alayhaa ‏\"‏ arjumuwhu ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ faqaala ‏\"‏ laqad taaba tawbahan law taabahaa 'ahlu almadiynahi laqubila minhum ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ qaala 'abuw daawuda rawaahu 'asbaatu bnu nasrin 'aydana 'an simaakin ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"حسن دون قوله ارجموه والأرجح أنه لم يرجم","english_urn":843660,"english_bab_name":"Regarding one deserving of the punishment coming to confess","english_text":"<p>\n\nNarrated Wa'il ibn Hujr:\n</p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nWhen a woman went out in the time of the Prophet (saws) for prayer, a man attacked her and overpowered (raped) her.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nShe shouted and he went off, and when a man came by, she said: That (man) did such and such to me. And when a company of the Emigrants came by, she said: That man did such and such to me. They went and seized the man  whom they thought had had intercourse with her and brought him to her.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nShe said: Yes, this is he. Then they brought him to the Messenger of Allah (saws).  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nWhen he (the Prophet) was about to pass sentence, the man who (actually) had assaulted her stood up and said: Messenger of Allah, I am the man who did it to her.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nHe (the Prophet) said to her: Go away, for Allah has forgiven you. But he told the man some good words (AbuDawud said: meaning the man who was seized), and of the man who had had intercourse with her, he said: Stone him to death. \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nHe also said: He has repented to such an extent that if the people of Medina had repented similarly, it would have been accepted from them.\n</p>\n\n<p>\nAbu Dawud said: Asbat bin Nasr has also transmitted it from Simak.\n</p>","english_grade":"","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
