{"id":23155,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"40","bab_id":3.0,"english_bab_number":"3","arabic_bab_number":"3","hadith_number":"4364","our_hadith_number":14,"arabic_urn":943670,"arabic_bab_name":"باب مَا جَاءَ فِي الْمُحَارِبَةِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ قَوْمًا، مِنْ عُكْلٍ - أَوْ قَالَ مِنْ عُرَيْنَةَ - قَدِمُوا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَاجْتَوَوُا الْمَدِينَةَ فَأَمَرَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِلِقَاحٍ وَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَشْرَبُوا مِنْ أَبْوَالِهَا وَأَلْبَانِهَا فَانْطَلَقُوا فَلَمَّا صَحُّوا قَتَلُوا رَاعِيَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَاسْتَاقُوا النَّعَمَ فَبَلَغَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَبَرُهُمْ مِنْ أَوَّلِ النَّهَارِ فَأَرْسَلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي آثَارِهِمْ فَمَا ارْتَفَعَ النَّهَارُ حَتَّى جِيءَ بِهِمْ فَأَمَرَ بِهِمْ فَقُطِعَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُمْ وَسُمِّرَ أَعْيُنُهُمْ وَأُلْقُوا فِي الْحَرَّةِ يَسْتَسْقُونَ فَلاَ يُسْقَوْنَ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو قِلاَبَةَ فَهَؤُلاَءِ قَوْمٌ سَرَقُوا وَقَتَلُوا وَكَفَرُوا بَعْدَ إِيمَانِهِمْ وَحَارَبُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa sulaymaanu bnu harbin، haddathanaa hammaadun، 'an 'ayyuwba، 'an 'abiy qilaabaha، 'an 'anasi bni maalikin، 'anna qawmana، min 'uklin - 'aw qaala min 'uraynaha - qadimuwa 'alay rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm faajtawawua almadiynaha fa'amara lahum rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm biliqaahin wa'amarahum 'an yashrabuwa min 'abwaalihaa wa'albaanihaa faantalaquwa falammaa sahhuwa qataluwa raa'iya rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm waastaaquwa alnna'ama fabalagha alnnabiyya sly allh 'lyh wslm khabaruhum min 'awwali alnnahaari fa'arsala alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm fiy 'aathaarihim famaa artafa'a alnnahaaru hattay jiy'a bihim fa'amara bihim faquti'at 'aydiyhim wa'arjuluhum wasummira 'a'yunuhum wa'ulquwa fiy alharrahi yastasquwna falaa yusqawna ‏.‏ qaala 'abuw qilaabaha faha'ulaa'i qawmun saraquwa waqataluwa wakafaruwa ba'da 'iymaanihim wahaarabuwa alllaha warasuwlahu ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":843510,"english_bab_name":"What has been reported concerning Al-Muharibah","english_text":"Anas b. Malik said: Some people of ‘Ukl or ‘Urainah’ came to the Messenger of Allah (saws) and found Madinah unhealthy. So the Messenger of Allah (saws) ordered them to go to the camels (of the sadaqah) and ordered them to drink some of their urine and milk. They went there when they became well, they killed the herdsman of the Messenger of Allah (saws) and drove off the camels. The news about them reached the prophet (saws) early in the morning. So he sent people in pursuit of them, and they were brought when they day had risen high. He ordered and their hands and feet were cut off and nails were drawn into their eyes, and they were thrown out of Harrah. They begged for water but were not supplied water. Abu Qilabah said: They were people who had stolen, killed, apostatized after their faith and fought against Allah and his Apostle (saws).","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
