{"id":23152,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"40","bab_id":2.0,"english_bab_number":"2","arabic_bab_number":"2","hadith_number":"4361","our_hadith_number":11,"arabic_urn":943640,"arabic_bab_name":"باب الْحُكْمِ فِيمَنْ سَبَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْخُتَّلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمَدَنِيُّ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الشَّحَّامِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ أَعْمَى، كَانَتْ لَهُ أُمُّ وَلَدٍ تَشْتُمُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَتَقَعُ فِيهِ فَيَنْهَاهَا فَلاَ تَنْتَهِي وَيَزْجُرُهَا فَلاَ تَنْزَجِرُ - قَالَ - فَلَمَّا كَانَتْ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ جَعَلَتْ تَقَعُ فِي النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَتَشْتِمُهُ فَأَخَذَ الْمِغْوَلَ فَوَضَعَهُ فِي بَطْنِهَا وَاتَّكَأَ عَلَيْهَا فَقَتَلَهَا فَوَقَعَ بَيْنَ رِجْلَيْهَا طِفْلٌ فَلَطَخَتْ مَا هُنَاكَ بِالدَّمِ فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحَ ذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَجَمَعَ النَّاسَ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ أَنْشُدُ اللَّهَ رَجُلاً فَعَلَ مَا فَعَلَ لِي عَلَيْهِ حَقٌّ إِلاَّ قَامَ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَامَ الأَعْمَى يَتَخَطَّى النَّاسَ وَهُوَ يَتَزَلْزَلُ حَتَّى قَعَدَ بَيْنَ يَدَىِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَنَا صَاحِبُهَا كَانَتْ تَشْتِمُكَ وَتَقَعُ فِيكَ فَأَنْهَاهَا فَلاَ تَنْتَهِي وَأَزْجُرُهَا فَلاَ تَنْزَجِرُ وَلِي مِنْهَا ابْنَانِ مِثْلُ اللُّؤْلُؤَتَيْنِ وَكَانَتْ بِي رَفِيقَةً فَلَمَّا كَانَتِ الْبَارِحَةَ جَعَلَتْ تَشْتِمُكَ وَتَقَعُ فِيكَ فَأَخَذْتُ الْمِغْوَلَ فَوَضَعْتُهُ فِي بَطْنِهَا وَاتَّكَأْتُ عَلَيْهَا حَتَّى قَتَلْتُهَا ‏.‏ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ أَلاَ اشْهَدُوا أَنَّ دَمَهَا هَدَرٌ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa 'abbaadu bnu muwsay alkhuttaliyyu، 'akhbaranaa 'ismaa'iylu bnu ja'farin almadaniyyu، 'an 'israa'iyla، 'an 'uthmaana alshshahhaami، 'an 'ikrimaha، qaala haddathanaa abnu 'abbaasin، 'anna 'a'may، kaanat lahu 'ummu waladin tashtumu alnnabiyya sly allh 'lyh wslm wataqa'u fiyhi fayanhaahaa falaa tantahiy wayazjuruhaa falaa tanzajiru - qaala - falammaa kaanat dhaata laylahin ja'alat taqa'u fiy alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm watashtimuhu fa'akhadha almighwala fawada'ahu fiy batnihaa waattaka'a 'alayhaa faqatalahaa fawaqa'a bayna rijlayhaa tiflun falatakhat maa hunaaka bialddami falammaa 'asbaha dhukira dhalika lirasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm fajama'a alnnaasa faqaala ‏\"‏ 'anshudu alllaha rajulaan fa'ala maa fa'ala liy 'alayhi haqqun 'ilaaa qaama ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ faqaama al'a'may yatakhattay alnnaasa wahuwa yatazalzalu hattay qa'ada bayna yadayi alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm faqaala yaa rasuwla alllahi 'anaa saahibuhaa kaanat tashtimuka wataqa'u fiyka fa'anhaahaa falaa tantahiy wa'azjuruhaa falaa tanzajiru waliy minhaa abnaani mithlu alllu'lu'atayni wakaanat biy rafiyqahan falammaa kaanati albaarihaha ja'alat tashtimuka wataqa'u fiyka fa'akhadhtu almighwala fawada'tuhu fiy batnihaa waattaka'tu 'alayhaa hattay qataltuhaa ‏.‏ faqaala alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ 'alaa ashhaduwa 'anna damahaa hadarun ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":843480,"english_bab_name":"The ruling regarding one who reviles the prophet (pbuh)","english_text":"<p>\n\nNarrated Abdullah Ibn Abbas:\n</p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nA blind man had a slave-mother who used to abuse the Prophet (saws) and disparage him. He forbade her but she did not stop. He rebuked her but she did not give up her habit. One night she began to slander the Prophet (saws) and abuse him. So he took a dagger, placed it on her belly, pressed it, and killed her. A child who came between her legs was smeared with the blood that was there. When the morning came, the Prophet (saws) was informed about it.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nHe assembled the people and said: I adjure by Allah the man who has done this action and I adjure him by my right to him that he should stand up. Jumping over the necks of the people and trembling the man stood up.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nHe sat before the Prophet (saws) and said: Messenger of Allah! I am her master; she used to abuse you and disparage you. I forbade her, but she did not stop, and I rebuked her, but she did not abandon her habit. I have two sons like pearls from her, and she was my companion. Last night she began to abuse and disparage you. So I took a dagger, put it on her belly and pressed it till I killed her.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nThereupon the Prophet (saws) said: Oh be witness, no retaliation is payable for her blood.\n</p>","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
