{"id":22470,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"27","bab_id":5.0,"english_bab_number":"5","arabic_bab_number":"5","hadith_number":"3680","our_hadith_number":12,"arabic_urn":936830,"arabic_bab_name":"باب النَّهْىِ عَنِ الْمُسْكِرِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النُّعْمَانَ، يَقُولُ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏\"‏ كُلُّ مُخَمِّرٍ خَمْرٌ وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ وَمَنْ شَرِبَ مُسْكِرًا بُخِسَتْ صَلاَتُهُ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا فَإِنْ تَابَ تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ فَإِنْ عَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يَسْقِيَهُ مِنْ طِينَةِ الْخَبَالِ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ قِيلَ وَمَا طِينَةُ الْخَبَالِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ ‏\"‏ صَدِيدُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ وَمَنْ سَقَاهُ صَغِيرًا لاَ يَعْرِفُ حَلاَلَهُ مِنْ حَرَامِهِ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يَسْقِيَهُ مِنْ طِينَةِ الْخَبَالِ ‏\"‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa muhammadu bnu raafi'in alnnaysaabuwriyyu، haddathanaa 'ibraahiymu bnu 'umara alssan'aaniyyu، qaala sami'tu alnnu'maana، yaquwlu 'an taawusin، 'ani abni 'abbaasin، 'ani alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm qaala ‏\"‏ kullu mukhammirin khamrun wakullu muskirin haraamun waman shariba muskirana bukhisat salaatuhu 'arba'iyna sabaahana fa'in taaba taaba alllahu 'alayhi fa'in 'aada alrraabi'aha kaana haqqana 'alay alllahi 'an yasqiyahu min tiynahi alkhabaali ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ qiyla wamaa tiynahu alkhabaali yaa rasuwla alllahi qaala ‏\"‏ sadiydu 'ahli alnnaari waman saqaahu saghiyrana laa ya'rifu halaalahu min haraamihi kaana haqqana 'alay alllahi 'an yasqiyahu min tiynahi alkhabaali ‏\"‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":836720,"english_bab_name":"What has been reported regarding Intoxicants","english_text":"<p>\n\nNarrated Abdullah Ibn Abbas:\n</p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nThe Messenger of Allah (saws) said: Every intoxicant is khamr (wine) and every intoxicant is forbidden. If anyone drinks wine, Allah will not accept prayer from him for forty days, but if he repents, Allah will accept his repentance. If he repeats it a fourth time, it is binding on Allah that He will give him tinat al-khabal to drink.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nHe was asked: What is tinat al-khabal, Messenger of Allah?  He replied: Discharge of wounds, flowing from the inhabitants of Hell. If anyone serves it to a minor who does not distinguish between the lawful and the unlawful, it is binding on Allah that He will give him to drink the discharge of wounds, flowing from the inhabitants of Hell.\n</p>","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
