{"id":2247,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"51","bab_id":28.0,"english_bab_number":"28","arabic_bab_number":"28","hadith_number":"2618","our_hadith_number":50,"arabic_urn":125320,"arabic_bab_name":"باب قَبُولِ الْهَدِيَّةِ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ","arabic_text":"كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ثَلاَثِينَ وَمِائَةً فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ هَلْ مَعَ أَحَدٍ مِنْكُمْ طَعَامٌ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَإِذَا مَعَ رَجُلٍ صَاعٌ مِنْ طَعَامٍ أَوْ نَحْوُهُ، فَعُجِنَ ثُمَّ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ مُشْرِكٌ مُشْعَانٌّ طَوِيلٌ بِغَنَمٍ يَسُوقُهَا، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ بَيْعًا أَمْ عَطِيَّةً ـ أَوْ قَالَ ـ أَمْ هِبَةً ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ لاَ، بَلْ بَيْعٌ‏.‏ فَاشْتَرَى مِنْهُ شَاةً، فَصُنِعَتْ وَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِسَوَادِ الْبَطْنِ أَنْ يُشْوَى، وَايْمُ اللَّهِ مَا فِي الثَّلاَثِينَ وَالْمِائَةِ إِلاَّ قَدْ حَزَّ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لَهُ حُزَّةً مِنْ سَوَادِ بَطْنِهَا، إِنْ كَانَ شَاهِدًا أَعْطَاهَا إِيَّاهُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ غَائِبًا خَبَأَ لَهُ، فَجَعَلَ مِنْهَا قَصْعَتَيْنِ، فَأَكَلُوا أَجْمَعُونَ، وَشَبِعْنَا، فَفَضَلَتِ الْقَصْعَتَانِ، فَحَمَلْنَاهُ عَلَى الْبَعِيرِ‏.‏ أَوْ كَمَا قَالَ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"kunnaa ma'a alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm thalaathiyna wamia'ahan faqaala alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ hal ma'a 'ahadin minkum ta'aamun ‏\"‏‏.‏ fa'idhaa ma'a rajulin saa'un min ta'aamin 'aw nahwuhu، fa'ujina thumma jaa'a rajulun mushrikun mush'aannun tawiylun bighanamin yasuwquhaa، faqaala alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ bay'ana 'am 'atiyyahan  'aw qaala  'am hibahan ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala laa، bal bay'un‏.‏ faashtaray minhu shaahan، fasuni'at wa'amara alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm bisawaadi albatni 'an yushway، waaymu alllahi maa fiy alththalaathiyna waalmia'ahi 'ilaaa qad hazza alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm lahu huzzahan min sawaadi batnihaa، 'in kaana shaahidana 'a'taahaa 'iyyaahu، wa'in kaana ghaa'ibana khaba'a lahu، faja'ala minhaa qas'atayni، fa'akaluwa 'ajma'uwna، washabi'naa، fafadalati alqas'ataani، fahamalnaahu 'alay alba'iyri‏.‏ 'aw kamaa qaala‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":24510,"english_bab_name":"The acceptance of presents from Al-Mushrikun","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated `Abdur-Rahman bin Abu Bakr:\n\n<p>We were one-hundred and thirty persons accompanying the Prophet who asked us whether anyone of \nus had food. There was a man who had about a Sa of wheat which was mixed with water then. A very \ntall pagan came driving sheep. The Prophet asked him, \"Will you sell us (a sheep) or give it as a \npresent?\" He said, \"I will sell you (a sheep).\" The Prophet bought a sheep and it was slaughtered. The \nProphet ordered that its liver and other Abdominal organs be roasted. By Allah, the Prophet gave \nevery person of the one-hundred-and-thirty a piece of that; he gave all those of them who were \npresent; and kept the shares of those who were absent. The Prophet then put its meat in two huge \nbasins and all of them ate to their fill, and even then more food was left in the two basins which were \ncarried on the camel (or said something like it).","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
