{"id":2232,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"51","bab_id":21.0,"english_bab_number":"21","arabic_bab_number":"21","hadith_number":"2601","our_hadith_number":35,"arabic_urn":125150,"arabic_bab_name":"باب إِذَا وَهَبَ دَيْنًا عَلَى رَجُلٍ","arabic_text":"أَنَّ أَبَاهُ قُتِلَ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ شَهِيدًا، فَاشْتَدَّ الْغُرَمَاءُ فِي حُقُوقِهِمْ، فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَكَلَّمْتُهُ، فَسَأَلَهُمْ أَنْ يَقْبَلُوا ثَمَرَ حَائِطِي، وَيُحَلِّلُوا أَبِي، فَأَبَوْا، فَلَمْ يُعْطِهِمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَائِطِي، وَلَمْ يَكْسِرْهُ لَهُمْ، وَلَكِنْ قَالَ ‏\"‏ سَأَغْدُو عَلَيْكَ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَغَدَا عَلَيْنَا حَتَّى أَصْبَحَ، فَطَافَ فِي النَّخْلِ، وَدَعَا فِي ثَمَرِهِ بِالْبَرَكَةِ، فَجَدَدْتُهَا، فَقَضَيْتُهُمْ حُقُوقَهُمْ، وَبَقِيَ لَنَا مِنْ ثَمَرِهَا بَقِيَّةٌ، ثُمَّ جِئْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهْوَ جَالِسٌ، فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ بِذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِعُمَرَ ‏\"‏ اسْمَعْ ـ وَهْوَ جَالِسٌ ـ يَا عُمَرُ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَقَالَ أَلاَّ يَكُونُ قَدْ عَلِمْنَا أَنَّكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ، وَاللَّهِ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"'anna 'abaahu qutila yawma 'uhudin shahiydana، faashtadda alghuramaa'u fiy huquwqihim، fa'ataytu rasuwla alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm fakallamtuhu، fasa'alahum 'an yaqbaluwa thamara haa'itiy، wayuhalliluwa 'abiy، fa'abawa، falam yu'tihim rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm haa'itiy، walam yaksirhu lahum، walakin qaala ‏\"‏ sa'aghduw 'alayka ‏\"‏‏.‏ faghadaa 'alaynaa hattay 'asbaha، fataafa fiy alnnakhli، wada'aa fiy thamarihi bialbarakahi، fajadadtuhaa، faqadaytuhum huquwqahum، wabaqiya lanaa min thamarihaa baqiyyahun، thumma ji'tu rasuwla alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm wahwa jaalisun، fa'akhbartuhu bidhalika، faqaala rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm li'umara ‏\"‏ asma'  wahwa jaalisun  yaa 'umaru ‏\"‏‏.‏ faqaala 'alaaa yakuwnu qad 'alimnaa 'annaka rasuwlu alllahi، waalllahi 'innaka larasuwlu alllahi‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":24370,"english_bab_name":"If a creditor gives the debt, due to him, as a gift, ...","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Jabir bin `Abdullah:\n\n<p>My father was martyred on the day (of the battle) of Uhud and his creditors demanded the debt back \nin a harsh manner. So I went to Allah's Apostle and informed him of that, he asked them to accept the \nfruits of my garden and excuse my father, but they refused. So, Allah's Apostle did not give them the \nfruits, nor did he cut them and distribute them among them, but said, \"I will come to you tomorrow \nmorning.\" So, he came to us the next morning and walked about in between the date-palms and \ninvoked Allah to bless their fruits. I plucked the fruits and gave back all the rights of the creditors in \nfull, and a lot of fruits were left for us. Then I went to Allah's Apostle, who was sitting, and informed \nhim about what happened. Allah's Apostle told `Umar, who was sitting there, to listen to the story. \n`Umar said, \"Don't we know that you are Allah's Apostle?
