{"id":2231,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"51","bab_id":20.0,"english_bab_number":"20","arabic_bab_number":"20","hadith_number":"2600","our_hadith_number":34,"arabic_urn":125140,"arabic_bab_name":"باب إِذَا وَهَبَ هِبَةً فَقَبَضَهَا الآخَرُ، وَلَمْ يَقُلْ قَبِلْتُ","arabic_text":"جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ هَلَكْتُ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ وَمَا ذَاكَ ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ وَقَعْتُ بِأَهْلِي فِي رَمَضَانَ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ تَجِدُ رَقَبَةً ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ لاَ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ فَهَلْ تَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ تَصُومَ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ لاَ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ فَتَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ تُطْعِمَ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ لاَ‏.‏ قَالَ فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ بِعَرَقٍ ـ وَالْعَرَقُ الْمِكْتَلُ ـ فِيهِ تَمْرٌ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ اذْهَبْ بِهَذَا فَتَصَدَّقْ بِهِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ عَلَى أَحْوَجَ مِنَّا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ مَا بَيْنَ لاَبَتَيْهَا أَهْلُ بَيْتٍ أَحْوَجُ مِنَّا‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ اذْهَبْ فَأَطْعِمْهُ أَهْلَكَ ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"jaa'a rajulun 'ilay rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm faqaala halaktu‏.‏ faqaala ‏\"‏ wamaa dhaaka ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala waqa'tu bi'ahliy fiy ramadaana‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ tajidu raqabahan ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala laa‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ fahal tastatiy'u 'an tasuwma shahrayni mutataabi'ayni ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala laa‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ fatastatiy'u 'an tut'ima sittiyna miskiynana ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala laa‏.‏ qaala fajaa'a rajulun mina al'ansaari bi'araqin  waal'araqu almiktalu  fiyhi tamrun faqaala ‏\"‏ adhhab bihadhaa fatasaddaq bihi ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala 'alay 'ahwaja minnaa yaa rasuwla alllahi waalladhiy ba'athaka bialhaqqi maa bayna laabatayhaa 'ahlu baytin 'ahwaju minnaa‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ adhhab fa'at'imhu 'ahlaka ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":24360,"english_bab_name":"The receiver taking the gift into his possession","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Abu Huraira:\n\n<p>A man came to Allah's Apostle and said, \"I am ruined.\" The Prophet asked, \"What do you mean?\" He \nsaid, \"I had a sexual intercourse with my wife during Ramadan (while fasting).\" The Prophet asked \nhim, \"Can you manumit a slave?\" He replied in the negative. He then asked him, \"Can you fast for \ntwo successive months continuously\" He replied in the negative. The Prophet then asked him, \"Can \nyou feed sixty poor persons?\" He replied in the negative. In the meantime an Ansari came with a \nbasket full of dates. The Prophet said to the man, \"Take it and give it in charity (as an expiation of \nyour sin).\" The man said \"Should I give it to some people who are poorer than we O Allah's Apostle? \nBy Him Who has sent you with the Truth, there is no family between Medina's two mountains poorer \nthan we.\" Allah's Apostle told him to take it and provide his family with it.\"","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
