{"id":21860,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"20","bab_id":36.0,"english_bab_number":"1124","arabic_bab_number":"36","hadith_number":"3070","our_hadith_number":143,"arabic_urn":930730,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي إِقْطَاعِ الأَرَضِينَ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، وَمُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، - الْمَعْنَى وَاحِدٌ - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ حَسَّانَ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَتْنِي جَدَّتَاىَ، صَفِيَّةُ وَدُحَيْبَةُ ابْنَتَا عُلَيْبَةَ وَكَانَتَا رَبِيبَتَىْ قَيْلَةَ بِنْتِ مَخْرَمَةَ وَكَانَتْ جَدَّةَ أَبِيهِمَا أَنَّهَا أَخْبَرَتْهُمَا قَالَتْ، قَدِمْنَا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَتْ تَقَدَّمَ صَاحِبِي - تَعْنِي حُرَيْثَ بْنَ حَسَّانَ وَافِدَ بَكْرِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ - فَبَايَعَهُ عَلَى الإِسْلاَمِ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى قَوْمِهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ اكْتُبْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ بِالدَّهْنَاءِ أَنْ لاَ يُجَاوِزَهَا إِلَيْنَا مِنْهُمْ أَحَدٌ إِلاَّ مُسَافِرٌ أَوْ مُجَاوِرٌ ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ اكْتُبْ لَهُ يَا غُلاَمُ بِالدَّهْنَاءِ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ فَلَمَّا رَأَيْتُهُ قَدْ أَمَرَ لَهُ بِهَا شُخِصَ بِي وَهِيَ وَطَنِي وَدَارِي فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَسْأَلْكَ السَّوِيَّةَ مِنَ الأَرْضِ إِذْ سَأَلَكَ إِنَّمَا هِيَ هَذِهِ الدَّهْنَاءُ عِنْدَكَ مُقَيَّدُ الْجَمَلِ وَمَرْعَى الْغَنَمِ وَنِسَاءُ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ وَأَبْنَاؤُهَا وَرَاءَ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ أَمْسِكْ يَا غُلاَمُ صَدَقَتِ الْمِسْكِينَةُ الْمُسْلِمُ أَخُو الْمُسْلِمِ يَسَعُهُمَا الْمَاءُ وَالشَّجَرُ وَيَتَعَاوَنَانِ عَلَى الْفُتَّانِ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa hafsu bnu 'umara، wamuwsay bnu 'ismaa'iyla، - alma'nay waahidun - qaalaa haddathanaa 'abdu alllahi bnu hassaana al'anbariyyu، haddathatniy jaddataaya، safiyyahu waduhaybahu abnataa 'ulaybaha wakaanataa rabiybatay qaylaha binti makhramaha wakaanat jaddaha 'abiyhimaa 'annahaa 'akhbarathumaa qaalat، qadimnaa 'alay rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm qaalat taqaddama saahibiy - ta'niy huraytha bna hassaana waafida bakri bni waa'ilin - fabaaya'ahu 'alay al'islaami 'alayhi wa'alay qawmihi thumma qaala yaa rasuwla alllahi aktub baynanaa wabayna baniy tamiymin bialddahnaa'i 'an laa yujaawizahaa 'ilaynaa minhum 'ahadun 'ilaaa musaafirun 'aw mujaawirun ‏.‏ faqaala ‏\"‏ aktub lahu yaa ghulaamu bialddahnaa'i ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ falammaa ra'aytuhu qad 'amara lahu bihaa shukhisa biy wahiya wataniy wadaariy faqultu yaa rasuwla alllahi 'innahu lam yas'alka alssawiyyaha mina al'ardi 'idh sa'alaka 'innamaa hiya hadhihi alddahnaa'u 'indaka muqayyadu aljamali wamar'ay alghanami wanisaa'u baniy tamiymin wa'abnaa'uhaa waraa'a dhalika faqaala ‏\"‏ 'amsik yaa ghulaamu sadaqati almiskiynahu almuslimu 'akhuw almuslimi yasa'uhumaa almaa'u waalshshajaru wayata'aawanaani 'alay alfuttaani ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"ضعيف الإسناد","english_urn":830640,"english_bab_name":"Allocation Of Land","english_text":"<p>\n\nNarrated Qaylah bint Makhramah:\n</p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nAbdullah ibn Hasan al-Anbari said: My grandmothers, Safiyyah and Duhaybah, narrated to me, that hey were the daughters of Ulaybah and were nourished by Qaylah, daughter of Makhramah. She was the grandmother of their father. \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nShe reported to them, saying: We came upon the Messenger of Allah (saws). My companion, Hurayth ibn Hassan, came to him as a delegate from Bakr ibn Wa'il. He took the oath of allegiance of Islam for himself and for his people. \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nHe then said: Messenger of Allah (saws), write a document for us, giving us the land lying between us and Banu Tamim at ad-Dahna' to the effect that not one of them will cross it in our direction except a traveller or a passer-by.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nHe said: Write down ad-Dahna' for them, boy. When I saw that he passed orders to give it to him, I became anxious, for it was my native land and my home.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nI said: Messenger of Allah, he did not ask you for a true border when he asked you. This land of Dahna' is a place where the camels have their home, and it is a pasture for the sheep. The women of Banu Tamim and their children are beyond it.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nHe said: Stop, boy! A poor woman spoke the truth: a Muslim is a brother of a Muslim. Each one of them may benefit from water and trees, and they should cooperate with each other against Satan.\n</p>","english_grade":"Da'if in chain","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
