{"id":21840,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"20","bab_id":33.0,"english_bab_number":"1121","arabic_bab_number":"33","hadith_number":"3050","our_hadith_number":123,"arabic_urn":930530,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي تَعْشِيرِ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ إِذَا اخْتَلَفُوا بِالتِّجَارَاتِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا أَشْعَثُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَرْطَاةُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ حَكِيمَ بْنَ عُمَيْرٍ أَبَا الأَحْوَصِ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ الْعِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ السُّلَمِيِّ، قَالَ نَزَلْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَيْبَرَ وَمَعَهُ مَنْ مَعَهُ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ وَكَانَ صَاحِبُ خَيْبَرَ رَجُلاً مَارِدًا مُنْكَرًا فَأَقْبَلَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ أَلَكُمْ أَنْ تَذْبَحُوا حُمُرَنَا وَتَأْكُلُوا ثَمَرَنَا وَتَضْرِبُوا نِسَاءَنَا فَغَضِبَ يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَقَالَ ‏\"‏ يَا ابْنَ عَوْفٍ ارْكَبْ فَرَسَكَ ثُمَّ نَادِ أَلاَ إِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ لاَ تَحِلُّ إِلاَّ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَأَنِ اجْتَمِعُوا لِلصَّلاَةِ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ فَاجْتَمَعُوا ثُمَّ صَلَّى بِهِمُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ثُمَّ قَامَ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ أَيَحْسَبُ أَحَدُكُمْ مُتَّكِئًا عَلَى أَرِيكَتِهِ قَدْ يَظُنُّ أَنَّ اللَّهَ لَمْ يُحَرِّمْ شَيْئًا إِلاَّ مَا فِي هَذَا الْقُرْآنِ أَلاَ وَإِنِّي وَاللَّهِ قَدْ وَعَظْتُ وَأَمَرْتُ وَنَهَيْتُ عَنْ أَشْيَاءَ إِنَّهَا لَمِثْلُ الْقُرْآنِ أَوْ أَكْثَرُ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَمْ يُحِلَّ لَكُمْ أَنْ تَدْخُلُوا بُيُوتَ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنٍ وَلاَ ضَرْبَ نِسَائِهِمْ وَلاَ أَكْلَ ثِمَارِهِمْ إِذَا أَعْطَوْكُمُ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِمْ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa muhammadu bnu 'iysay، haddathanaa 'ash'athu bnu shu'baha، haddathanaa 'artaahu bnu almundhiri، qaala sami'tu hakiyma bna 'umayrin 'abaa al'ahwasi، yuhaddithu 'ani al'irbaadi bni saariyaha alssulamiyyi، qaala nazalnaa ma'a alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm khaybara wama'ahu man ma'ahu min 'ashaabihi wakaana saahibu khaybara rajulaan maaridana munkarana fa'aqbala 'ilay alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm faqaala yaa muhammadu 'alakum 'an tadhbahuwa humuranaa wata'kuluwa thamaranaa watadribuwa nisaa'anaa faghadiba ya'niy alnnabiyya sly allh 'lyh wslm waqaala ‏\"‏ yaa abna 'awfin arkab farasaka thumma naadi 'alaa 'inna aljannaha laa tahillu 'ilaaa limu'minin wa'ani ajtami'uwa lilssalaahi ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ qaala faajtama'uwa thumma sallay bihimu alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm thumma qaama faqaala ‏\"‏ 'ayahsabu 'ahadukum muttaki'ana 'alay 'ariykatihi qad yazunnu 'anna alllaha lam yuharrim shay'ana 'ilaaa maa fiy hadhaa alqur'aani 'alaa wa'inniy waalllahi qad wa'aztu wa'amartu wanahaytu 'an 'ashyaa'a 'innahaa lamithlu alqur'aani 'aw 'aktharu wa'anna alllaha 'azza wajalla lam yuhilla lakum 'an tadkhuluwa buyuwta 'ahli alkitaabi 'ilaaa bi'idhnin walaa darba nisaa'ihim walaa 'akla thimaarihim 'idhaa 'a'tawkumu alladhiy 'alayhim ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"ضعيف","english_urn":830440,"english_bab_name":"Levying The 'Ushur On Ahl Adh-Dhimmah If They Deal In Trade","english_text":"<p>\n\nNarrated Al-Irbad ibn Sariyah as-Sulami:\n</p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nWe alighted with the Prophet (saws) at Khaybar, and he had his companions with him. The chief of Khaybar was a defiant and abominable man.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nHe came to the Prophet (saws) and said: Is it proper for you, Muhammad, that you slaughter our donkeys, eat our fruit, and beat our women?  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nThe Prophet (saws) became angry and said: Ibn Awf, ride your horse, and call loudly: Beware, Paradise is lawful only for a believer, and that they (the people) should gather for prayer.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nThey gathered and the Prophet (saws) led them in prayer, stood up and said: Does any of you, while reclining on his couch, imagine that Allah has prohibited only that which is to be found in this Qur'an? By Allah, I have preached, commanded and prohibited various matters as numerous as that which is found in the Qur'an, or more numerous. Allah has not permitted you to enter the houses of the people of the Book without permission, or beat their women, or eat their fruits when they give you that which is imposed on them.\n</p>","english_grade":"Da'if","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
