{"id":21756,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"20","bab_id":19.0,"english_bab_number":"1107","arabic_bab_number":"19","hadith_number":"2966","our_hadith_number":39,"arabic_urn":929690,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي صَفَايَا رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنَ الأَمْوَالِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ ‏<A id=\"q2\" name=\"q2\" href=\"javascript:openquran(58,6,6)\"><c_q2>{‏ وَمَا أَفَاءَ اللَّهُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ مِنْهُمْ فَمَا أَوْجَفْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ خَيْلٍ وَلاَ رِكَابٍ ‏}</c_q2></a>‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ قَالَ عُمَرُ هَذِهِ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَاصَّةً قُرَى عُرَيْنَةَ فَدَكَ وَكَذَا وَكَذَا ‏<A id=\"q3\" name=\"q3\" href=\"javascript:openquran(58,7,7)\"><c_q3>{‏ مَا أَفَاءَ اللَّهُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقُرَى فَلِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ ‏}</c_q3></a>‏ وَ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ الَّذِينَ أُخْرِجُوا مِنْ دِيَارِهِمْ وَأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَالَّذِينَ تَبَوَّءُوا الدَّارَ وَالإِيمَانَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ ‏.‏ وَالَّذِينَ جَاءُوا مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ فَاسْتَوْعَبَتْ هَذِهِ الآيَةُ النَّاسَ فَلَمْ يَبْقَ أَحَدٌ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلاَّ لَهُ فِيهَا حَقٌّ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَيُّوبُ أَوْ قَالَ حَظٌّ إِلاَّ بَعْضَ مَنْ تَمْلِكُونَ مِنْ أَرِقَّائِكُمْ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa musaddadun، haddathanaa 'ismaa'iylu bnu 'ibraahiyma، 'akhbaranaa 'ayyuwbu، 'ani alzzuhriyyi، qaala qaala 'umaru ‏<A id=\"q2\" name=\"q2\" href=\"javascript:openquran(58,6,6)\"><c_q2>{‏ wamaa 'afaa'a alllahu 'alay rasuwlihi minhum famaa 'awjaftum 'alayhi min khaylin walaa rikaabin ‏}</c_q2></a>‏ ‏.‏ qaala alzzuhriyyu qaala 'umaru hadhihi lirasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm khaassahan quray 'uraynaha fadaka wakadhaa wakadhaa ‏<A id=\"q3\" name=\"q3\" href=\"javascript:openquran(58,7,7)\"><c_q3>{‏ maa 'afaa'a alllahu 'alay rasuwlihi min 'ahli alquray falillahi walilrrasuwli walidhiy alqurbay waalyataamay waalmasaakiyni waabni alssabiyli ‏}</c_q3></a>‏ wa lilfuqaraa'i alladhiyna 'ukhrijuwa min diyaarihim wa'amwaalihim waalladhiyna tabawwa'uwa alddaara waal'iymaana min qablihim ‏.‏ waalladhiyna jaa'uwa min ba'dihim faastaw'abat hadhihi al'aayahu alnnaasa falam yabqa 'ahadun mina almuslimiyna 'ilaaa lahu fiyhaa haqqun ‏.‏ qaala 'ayyuwbu 'aw qaala hazzun 'ilaaa ba'da man tamlikuwna min 'ariqqaa'ikum ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":829600,"english_bab_name":"Regarding Allocating A Special Portion For The Messenger Of Allah (saws) From Wealth","english_text":"Narrated Al-Zuhri:\n'Umar said explaining the verse: \"What Allah has bestowed on His Apostle (and taken away) from them - for this ye made no expedition with either cavalry or camelry\" this belonged specially to the Messenger of Allah (saws): lands of 'Urainah, Fadak, and so-and-so. What Allah as bestowed on His Apostle (and taken away) from the people of the townships - belong to Allah - to the Apostle, and to kindred and orphans, the needy and the wayfarer, to the indigent emigrants, those who were expelled from their homes and their property, and to those who, before them, had homes (in Medina), and had adopted the faith, and to those who came after them. This verse completely covered all the people ; they remained no one from Muslims but he had his right in it, or share (according to Ayyub's version) except the slaves.","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
