{"id":21530,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"15","bab_id":156.0,"english_bab_number":"1003","arabic_bab_number":"156","hadith_number":"2740","our_hadith_number":264,"arabic_urn":927430,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي النَّفْلِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنِي هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ جِئْتُ إِلَى النَّبِي صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ بِسَيْفٍ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ شَفَى صَدْرِي الْيَوْمَ مِنَ الْعَدُوِّ فَهَبْ لِي هَذَا السَّيْفَ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ إِنَّ هَذَا السَّيْفَ لَيْسَ لِي وَلاَ لَكَ ‏\"‏ فَذَهَبْتُ وَأَنَا أَقُولُ يُعْطَاهُ الْيَوْمَ مَنْ لَمْ يُبْلِ بَلاَئِي ‏.‏ فَبَيْنَا أَنَا إِذْ جَاءَنِي الرَّسُولُ فَقَالَ أَجِبْ ‏.‏ فَظَنَنْتُ أَنَّهُ نَزَلَ فِيَّ شَىْءٌ بِكَلاَمِي فَجِئْتُ فَقَالَ لِي النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ إِنَّكَ سَأَلْتَنِي هَذَا السَّيْفَ وَلَيْسَ هُوَ لِي وَلاَ لَكَ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ جَعَلَهُ لِي فَهُوَ لَكَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ‏<A id=\"q26\" name=\"q26\" href=\"javascript:openquran(7,1,1)\"><c_q26>{‏ يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الأَنْفَالِ قُلِ الأَنْفَالُ لِلَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ ‏}</c_q26></a>‏ إِلَى آخِرِ الآيَةِ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ قِرَاءَةُ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ يَسْأَلُونَكَ النَّفْلَ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathaniy hannaadu bnu alssariyyi، 'an 'abiy bakrin، 'an 'aasimin، 'an mus'abi bni sa'din، 'an 'abiyhi، qaala ji'tu 'ilay alnnabiy sly allh 'lyh wslm yawma badrin bisayfin faqultu yaa rasuwla alllahi 'inna alllaha qad shafay sadriy alyawma mina al'aduwwi fahab liy hadhaa alssayfa ‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ 'inna hadhaa alssayfa laysa liy walaa laka ‏\"‏ fadhahabtu wa'anaa 'aquwlu yu'taahu alyawma man lam yubli balaa'iy ‏.‏ fabaynaa 'anaa 'idh jaa'aniy alrrasuwlu faqaala 'ajib ‏.‏ fazanantu 'annahu nazala fiyya shay'un bikalaamiy faji'tu faqaala liy alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ 'innaka sa'altaniy hadhaa alssayfa walaysa huwa liy walaa laka wa'inna alllaha qad ja'alahu liy fahuwa laka thumma qara'a ‏<A id=\"q26\" name=\"q26\" href=\"javascript:openquran(7,1,1)\"><c_q26>{‏ yas'aluwnaka 'ani al'anfaali quli al'anfaalu lillahi waalrrasuwli ‏}</c_q26></a>‏ 'ilay 'aakhiri al'aayahi ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ qaala 'abuw daawuda qiraa'ahu abni mas'uwdin yas'aluwnaka alnnafla ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"حسن صحيح","english_urn":827340,"english_bab_name":"Regarding The Nafl","english_text":"<p>\n\nMus’ab bin Sa’d reported on the authority of his father (Sa’ad bin Abi Waqqas) “I brought a sword to the Prophet(saws) on the day of the Badr and I said (to him) Apostle of Allaah(saws) , Allaah has healed up my breast from the enemy today, so give me this sword. He said “This sword is neither mine nor yours. I then went away saying “today this will be given to a man who has not been put to trial like me. Meanwhile a messenger and came to me and said “Respond, I thought something was revealed about me owing to my speech. I came and the Prophet (saws) said to me “You asked me for this sword, but this was neither mine nor yours. Now Allaah has given it to me, hence it is yours. He then recited “they ask thee concerning (things taken as) spoils of war. Say “(Such) spoils are at the disposal of Allaah and the Apostle.\n</p>\n<p>\n\nAbu Dawud said “According to the reading of the Qur’an of Ibn Mas’ud the verse goes. They ask thee concerning (things taken as ) spoils of war. \n</p>","english_grade":"Hasan Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
