{"id":2141,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"47","bab_id":15.0,"english_bab_number":"15","arabic_bab_number":"15","hadith_number":"2505, 2506","our_hadith_number":21,"arabic_urn":124211,"arabic_bab_name":"باب الاِشْتِرَاكِ فِي الْهَدْىِ وَالْبُدْنِ، وَإِذَا أَشْرَكَ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ فِي هَدْيِهِ بَعْدَ مَا أَهْدَى","arabic_text":"بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ أَقْوَامًا يَقُولُونَ كَذَا وَكَذَا، وَاللَّهِ لأَنَا أَبَرُّ وَأَتْقَى لِلَّهِ مِنْهُمْ، وَلَوْ أَنِّي اسْتَقْبَلْتُ مِنْ أَمْرِي مَا اسْتَدْبَرْتُ مَا أَهْدَيْتُ، وَلَوْلاَ أَنَّ مَعِي الْهَدْىَ لأَحْلَلْتُ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَقَامَ سُرَاقَةُ بْنُ مَالِكِ بْنِ جُعْشُمٍ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هِيَ لَنَا أَوْ لِلأَبَدِ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ لاَ بَلْ لِلأَبَدِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ وَجَاءَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ـ فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا يَقُولُ لَبَّيْكَ بِمَا أَهَلَّ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم‏.‏ وَقَالَ وَقَالَ الآخَرُ لَبَّيْكَ بِحَجَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُقِيمَ عَلَى إِحْرَامِهِ، وَأَشْرَكَهُ فِي الْهَدْىِ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"balaghaniy 'anna 'aqwaamana yaquwluwna kadhaa wakadhaa، waalllahi l'anaa 'abarru wa'atqay lillahi minhum، walaw 'anniy astaqbaltu min 'amriy maa astadbartu maa 'ahdaytu، walawlaa 'anna ma'iy alhadya l'ahlaltu ‏\"‏‏.‏ faqaama suraaqahu bnu maaliki bni ju'shumin faqaala yaa rasuwla alllahi hiya lanaa 'aw lil'abadi faqaala ‏\"‏ laa bal lil'abadi ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala wajaa'a 'aliyyu bnu 'abiy taalibin  faqaala 'ahaduhumaa yaquwlu labbayka bimaa 'ahalla bihi rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm‏.‏ waqaala waqaala al'aakharu labbayka bihajjahi rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm  fa'amara alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm 'an yuqiyma 'alay 'ihraamihi، wa'ashrakahu fiy alhadyi‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":23470,"english_bab_name":"Sharing the Hady and Budn","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Ibn `Abbas:\n\n<p>The Prophet (along with his companions) reached Mecca in the morning of the fourth of Dhul-Hijja \nassuming Ihram for Hajj only. So when we arrived at Mecca, the Prophet ordered us to change our \nintentions of the Ihram for `Umra and that we could finish our Ihram after performing the `Umra and \ncould go to our wives (for sexual intercourse). The people began talking about that. Jabir said \nsurprisingly, \"Shall we go to Mina while semen is dribbling from our male organs?\" Jabir moved his \nhand while saying so. When this news reached the Prophet he delivered a sermon and said, \"I have \nbeen informed that some peoples were saying so and so; By Allah I fear Allah more than you do, and \nam more obedient to Him than you. If I had known what I know now, I would not have brought the \nHadi (sacrifice) with me and had the Hadi not been with me, I would have finished the Ihram.\" At that \nSuraqa bin Malik stood up and asked \"O Allah's Apostle! Is this permission for us only or is it \nforever?\" The Prophet replied, \"It is forever.\" In the meantime `Ali bin Abu Talib came from Yemen \nand was saying Labbaik for what the Prophet has intended. (According to another man, `Ali was \nsaying Labbaik for Hajj similar to Allah's Apostle's).
