{"id":21322,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"15","bab_id":35.0,"english_bab_number":"882","arabic_bab_number":"35","hadith_number":"2532","our_hadith_number":56,"arabic_urn":925350,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي الْغَزْوِ مَعَ أَئِمَّةِ الْجَوْرِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ بُرْقَانَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي نُشْبَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏\"‏ ثَلاَثَةٌ مِنْ أَصْلِ الإِيمَانِ ‏:‏ الْكَفُّ عَمَّنْ قَالَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَلاَ تُكَفِّرْهُ بِذَنْبٍ وَلاَ تُخْرِجْهُ مِنَ الإِسْلاَمِ بِعَمَلٍ، وَالْجِهَادُ مَاضٍ مُنْذُ بَعَثَنِيَ اللَّهُ إِلَى أَنْ يُقَاتِلَ آخِرُ أُمَّتِي الدَّجَّالَ لاَ يُبْطِلُهُ جَوْرُ جَائِرٍ وَلاَ عَدْلُ عَادِلٍ، وَالإِيمَانُ بِالأَقْدَارِ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa sa'iydu bnu mansuwrin، haddathanaa 'abuw mu'aawiyaha، haddathanaa ja'faru bnu burqaana، 'an yaziyda bni 'abiy nushbaha، 'an 'anasi bni maalikin، qaala qaala rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏:‏ ‏\"‏ thalaathahun min 'asli al'iymaani ‏:‏ alkaffu 'amman qaala laa 'ilaha 'ilaaa alllahu walaa tukaffirhu bidhanbin walaa tukhrijhu mina al'islaami bi'amalin، waaljihaadu maadin mundhu ba'athaniya alllahu 'ilay 'an yuqaatila 'aakhiru 'ummatiy alddajjaala laa yubtiluhu jawru jaa'irin walaa 'adlu 'aadilin، waal'iymaanu bial'aqdaari ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"ضعيف","english_urn":825260,"english_bab_name":"Regarding Fighting Against The Tyrant Rulers","english_text":"<p>\n\nNarrated Anas ibn Malik:\n</p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nThe Prophet (saws) said: Three things are the roots of faith: to refrain from (killing) a person who utters, \"There is no god but Allah\" and not to declare him unbeliever whatever sin he commits, and not to excommunicate him from Islam for his any action; and jihad will be performed continuously since the day Allah sent me as a prophet until the day the last member of my community will fight with the Dajjal (Antichrist). The tyranny of any tyrant and the justice of any just (ruler) will not invalidate it. One must have faith in Divine decree.\n</p>","english_grade":"Da'if","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
