{"id":20989,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"13","bab_id":10.0,"english_bab_number":"726","arabic_bab_number":"10","hadith_number":"2199","our_hadith_number":25,"arabic_urn":922020,"arabic_bab_name":"باب نَسْخِ الْمُرَاجَعَةِ بَعْدَ التَّطْلِيقَاتِ الثَّلاَثِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ غَيْرِ، وَاحِدٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، يُقَالُ لَهُ أَبُو الصَّهْبَاءِ كَانَ كَثِيرَ السُّؤَالِ لاِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ الرَّجُلَ كَانَ إِذَا طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلاَثًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا جَعَلُوهَا وَاحِدَةً عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ وَصَدْرًا مِنْ إِمَارَةِ عُمَرَ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ بَلَى كَانَ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلاَثًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا جَعَلُوهَا وَاحِدَةً عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ وَصَدْرًا مِنْ إِمَارَةِ عُمَرَ فَلَمَّا رَأَى النَّاسَ قَدْ تَتَابَعُوا فِيهَا قَالَ أَجِيزُوهُنَّ عَلَيْهِمْ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa muhammadu bnu 'abdi almaliki bni marwaana، haddathanaa 'abuw alnnu'maani، haddathanaa hammaadu bnu zaydin، 'an 'ayyuwba، 'an ghayri، waahidin، 'an taawusin، 'anna rajulaan، yuqaalu lahu 'abuw alssahbaa'i kaana kathiyra alssu'aali laibni 'abbaasin qaala 'amaa 'alimta 'anna alrrajula kaana 'idhaa tallaqa amra'atahu thalaathana qabla 'an yadkhula bihaa ja'aluwhaa waahidahan 'alay 'ahdi rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm wa'abiy bakrin wasadrana min 'imaarahi 'umara qaala abnu 'abbaasin balay kaana alrrajulu 'idhaa tallaqa amra'atahu thalaathana qabla 'an yadkhula bihaa ja'aluwhaa waahidahan 'alay 'ahdi rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm wa'abiy bakrin wasadrana min 'imaarahi 'umara falammaa ra'ay alnnaasa qad tataaba'uwa fiyhaa qaala 'ajiyzuwhunna 'alayhim ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"ضعيف","english_urn":821930,"english_bab_name":"The Abrogation Of Taking Back A Wife After The Third Divorce","english_text":"Tawus said A man called Abu Al Sahba used to ask Ibn ‘Abbas questions frequently. He asked “Do you know that when a man divorced his wife by three pronouncement before sexual intercourse with her, they (the people) made it a single divorce during the time of the Apostle of Allaah(saws), of Abu Bakr and in the early phase of the caliphate of ‘Umar?” Ibn “Abbas said “Yes, when a man divorced his wife by three pronouncement before sexual intercourse they made it a single divorce during the time of the Apostle of Allaah(saws), of Abu Bakr and in the early phase of the caliphate of ‘Umar. When he saw that the people frequently divorced (by three pronouncements) he said “Make them operative on them (i.e., on women)”.","english_grade":"Da'if","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
