{"id":20955,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"12","bab_id":47.0,"english_bab_number":"713","arabic_bab_number":"47","hadith_number":"2165","our_hadith_number":120,"arabic_urn":921680,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي إِتْيَانِ الْحَائِضِ وَمُبَاشَرَتِهَا","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا ثَابِتٌ الْبُنَانِيُّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ الْيَهُودَ، كَانَتْ إِذَا حَاضَتْ مِنْهُمُ امْرَأَةٌ أَخْرَجُوهَا مِنَ الْبَيْتِ وَلَمْ يُؤَاكِلُوهَا وَلَمْ يُشَارِبُوهَا وَلَمْ يُجَامِعُوهَا فِي الْبَيْتِ فَسُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى ‏<A id=\"q22\" name=\"q22\" href=\"javascript:openquran(1,222,222)\"><c_q22>{‏ يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى فَاعْتَزِلُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي الْمَحِيضِ ‏}</c_q22></a>‏ إِلَى آخِرِ الآيَةِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ جَامِعُوهُنَّ فِي الْبُيُوتِ وَاصْنَعُوا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ غَيْرَ النِّكَاحِ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ فَقَالَتِ الْيَهُودُ مَا يُرِيدُ هَذَا الرَّجُلُ أَنْ يَدَعَ شَيْئًا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا إِلاَّ خَالَفَنَا فِيهِ ‏.‏ فَجَاءَ أُسَيْدُ بْنُ حُضَيْرٍ وَعَبَّادُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالاَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ الْيَهُودَ تَقُولُ كَذَا وَكَذَا أَفَلاَ نَنْكِحُهُنَّ فِي الْمَحِيضِ فَتَمَعَّرَ وَجْهُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَتَّى ظَنَنَّا أَنْ قَدْ وَجِدَ عَلَيْهِمَا فَخَرَجَا فَاسْتَقْبَلَتْهُمَا هَدِيَّةٌ مِنْ لَبَنٍ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَبَعَثَ فِي آثَارِهِمَا فَسَقَاهُمَا فَظَنَنَّا أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَجِدْ عَلَيْهِمَا ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa muwsay bnu 'ismaa'iyla، haddathanaa hammaadun، 'akhbaranaa thaabitun albunaaniyyu، 'an 'anasi bni maalikin، 'anna alyahuwda، kaanat 'idhaa haadat minhumu amra'ahun 'akhrajuwhaa mina albayti walam yu'aakiluwhaa walam yushaaribuwhaa walam yujaami'uwhaa fiy albayti fasu'ila rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm 'an dhalika fa'anzala alllahu ta'aalay ‏<A id=\"q22\" name=\"q22\" href=\"javascript:openquran(1,222,222)\"><c_q22>{‏ yas'aluwnaka 'ani almahiydi qul huwa 'adhany faa'taziluwa alnnisaa'a fiy almahiydi ‏}</c_q22></a>‏ 'ilay 'aakhiri al'aayahi faqaala rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ jaami'uwhunna fiy albuyuwti waasna'uwa kulla shay'in ghayra alnnikaahi ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ faqaalati alyahuwdu maa yuriydu hadhaa alrrajulu 'an yada'a shay'ana min 'amrinaa 'ilaaa khaalafanaa fiyhi ‏.‏ fajaa'a 'usaydu bnu hudayrin wa'abbaadu bnu bishrin 'ilay rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm faqaalaa yaa rasuwla alllahi 'inna alyahuwda taquwlu kadhaa wakadhaa 'afalaa nankihuhunna fiy almahiydi fatama''ara wajhu rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm hattay zanannaa 'an qad wajida 'alayhimaa fakharajaa faastaqbalathumaa hadiyyahun min labanin 'ilay rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm faba'atha fiy 'aathaarihimaa fasaqaahumaa fazanannaa 'annahu lam yajid 'alayhimaa ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":821600,"english_bab_name":"Regarding Menstruating Women And Embracing Them","english_text":"Anas bin Malik said Among the Jews when a woman menstruated, they did not eat with her and drink with her and did not associate with her in their houses, so the Apostle of Allaah(saws) was questioned about it. Hence, Allah the Exalted revealed “And they ask you about menstruation,. Say “It is harmful, so keep aloof from women during menstruation till the end of the verse. The Apostle of Allaah(saws) said “Associate with them in the houses and do everything except sexual intercourse. The Jews thereupon said “This man does not leave anything we do without opposing us in it. Usaid bin Hudair and Abbad bin Bishr came to the Apostle of Allaah(saws) and said, Apostle of Allaah(saws) the Jews are saying such and such. Shall we not have intercourse with them during their menstruation? The face of the Apostle of Allaah(saws) underwent such a change that we thought he was angry with them, so they went out. They were met by a gift of milk which was being brought to the Apostle of Allaah(saws) and he sent after them, whereby we felt that he was not angry with them.","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
