{"id":20930,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"12","bab_id":41.0,"english_bab_number":"707","arabic_bab_number":"41","hadith_number":"2140","our_hadith_number":95,"arabic_urn":921430,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي حَقِّ الزَّوْجِ عَلَى الْمَرْأَةِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، قَالَ أَتَيْتُ الْحِيرَةَ فَرَأَيْتُهُمْ يَسْجُدُونَ لِمَرْزُبَانٍ لَهُمْ فَقُلْتُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَحَقُّ أَنْ يُسْجَدَ لَهُ قَالَ فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقُلْتُ إِنِّي أَتَيْتُ الْحِيرَةَ فَرَأَيْتُهُمْ يَسْجُدُونَ لِمَرْزُبَانٍ لَهُمْ فَأَنْتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَحَقُّ أَنْ نَسْجُدَ لَكَ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ مَرَرْتَ بِقَبْرِي أَكُنْتَ تَسْجُدُ لَهُ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ قُلْتُ لاَ ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ فَلاَ تَفْعَلُوا لَوْ كُنْتُ آمِرًا أَحَدًا أَنْ يَسْجُدَ لأَحَدٍ لأَمَرْتُ النِّسَاءَ أَنْ يَسْجُدْنَ لأَزْوَاجِهِنَّ لِمَا جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُمْ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنَ الْحَقِّ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa 'amruw bnu 'awnin، 'akhbaranaa 'ishaaqu bnu yuwsufa، 'an shariykin، 'an husaynin، 'ani alshsha'biyyi، 'an qaysi bni sa'din، qaala 'ataytu alhiyraha fara'aytuhum yasjuduwna limarzubaanin lahum faqultu rasuwlu alllahi 'ahaqqu 'an yusjada lahu qaala fa'ataytu alnnabiyya sly allh 'lyh wslm faqultu 'inniy 'ataytu alhiyraha fara'aytuhum yasjuduwna limarzubaanin lahum fa'anta yaa rasuwla alllahi 'ahaqqu 'an nasjuda laka ‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ 'ara'ayta law mararta biqabriy 'akunta tasjudu lahu ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ qaala qultu laa ‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ falaa taf'aluwa law kuntu 'aamirana 'ahadana 'an yasjuda l'ahadin l'amartu alnnisaa'a 'an yasjudna l'azwaajihinna limaa ja'ala alllahu lahum 'alayhinna mina alhaqqi ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح دون جملة القبر","english_urn":821350,"english_bab_name":"The Rights That The Husband Has Over The Wife","english_text":"<p>\n\nNarrated Qays ibn Sa'd:\n</p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nI went to al-Hirah and saw them (the people) prostrating themselves before a satrap of theirs, so I said: The Messenger of Allah (saws) has most right to have prostration made before him. When I came to the Prophet (saws), I said: I went to al-Hirah and saw them prostrating themselves before a satrap of theirs, but you have most right, Messenger of Allah, to have (people) prostrating themselves before you. He said: Tell me , if you were to pass my grave, would you prostrate yourself before it? I said: No. He then said: Do not do so. If I were to command anyone to make prostration before another I would command women to prostrate themselves before their husbands, because of the special right over them given to husbands by Allah.\n</p>","english_grade":"","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
