{"id":2065,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"45","bab_id":3.0,"english_bab_number":"3","arabic_bab_number":"3","hadith_number":"2428","our_hadith_number":3,"arabic_urn":123430,"arabic_bab_name":"باب ضَالَّةِ الْغَنَمِ","arabic_text":"سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ اللُّقَطَةِ فَزَعَمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ ‏\"‏ اعْرِفْ عِفَاصَهَا وَوِكَاءَهَا، ثُمَّ عَرِّفْهَا سَنَةً ‏\"‏‏.‏ يَقُولُ يَزِيدُ إِنْ لَمْ تُعْتَرَفِ اسْتَنْفَقَ بِهَا صَاحِبُهَا وَكَانَتْ وَدِيعَةً، عِنْدَهُ‏.‏ قَالَ يَحْيَى فَهَذَا الَّذِي لاَ أَدْرِي أَفِي حَدِيثِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم هُوَ أَمْ شَىْءٌ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ ـ ثُمَّ قَالَ كَيْفَ تَرَى فِي ضَالَّةِ الْغَنَمِ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ خُذْهَا فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ لَكَ أَوْ لأَخِيكَ أَوْ لِلذِّئْبِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ يَزِيدُ وَهْىَ تُعَرَّفُ أَيْضًا‏.‏ ثُمَّ قَالَ كَيْفَ تَرَى فِي ضَالَّةِ الإِبِلِ قَالَ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ دَعْهَا فَإِنَّ مَعَهَا حِذَاءَهَا وَسِقَاءَهَا، تَرِدُ الْمَاءَ وَتَأْكُلُ الشَّجَرَ، حَتَّى يَجِدَهَا رَبُّهَا ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"su'ila alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm 'ani allluqatahi faza'ama 'annahu qaala ‏\"‏ a'rif 'ifaasahaa wawikaa'ahaa، thumma 'arrifhaa sanahan ‏\"‏‏.‏ yaquwlu yaziydu 'in lam tu'tarafi astanfaqa bihaa saahibuhaa wakaanat wadiy'ahan، 'indahu‏.‏ qaala yahyay fahadhaa alladhiy laa 'adriy 'afiy hadiythi rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm huwa 'am shay'un min 'indihi  thumma qaala kayfa taray fiy daallahi alghanami qaala alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ khudhhaa fa'innamaa hiya laka 'aw l'akhiyka 'aw lildhdhi'bi ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala yaziydu wahya tu'arrafu 'aydana‏.‏ thumma qaala kayfa taray fiy daallahi al'ibili qaala faqaala ‏\"‏ da'haa fa'inna ma'ahaa hidhaa'ahaa wasiqaa'ahaa، taridu almaa'a wata'kulu alshshajara، hattay yajidahaa rabbuhaa ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":22740,"english_bab_name":"Lost sheep","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Sulaiman bin Bilal from Yahya:\n\n<p>Yazid Maula Al-Munba'ith heard Zaid bin Khalid al-Juham saying, \"The Prophet was asked about \nLuqata. He said, 'Remember the description of its container and the string it is tied with, and announce \nit publicly for one year.' \" Yazid added, \"If nobody claims then the person who has found it can spend \nit, and it is regarded as a trust entrusted to him.\" Yahya said, \"I do not know whether the last sentences \nwere said by the Prophet or by Yazid.\" Zaid further said, \"The Prophet was asked, 'What about a lost \nsheep?' The Prophet said, 'Take it, for it is for you or for your brother (i.e. its owner) or for the wolf.\" \nYazid added that it should also be announced publicly. The man then asked the Prophet about a lost \ncamel. The Prophet said, \"Leave it, as it has its feet, water container (reservoir), and it will reach a \nplace of water and eat trees till its owner finds it.\"","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
