The other narrator said Alamlam.  These (places for Ihram) are appointed for these regions and for people of other regions who come to them intending to perform Hajj and `Umrah.  The place where those who live nearer to Makkah should put on Ihram from where they start and so on up to the inhabitants of Makkah itself who put on Ihram in it.
