{"id":20514,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"11","bab_id":2.0,"english_bab_number":"569","arabic_bab_number":"2","hadith_number":"1724","our_hadith_number":4,"arabic_urn":917270,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تَحُجُّ بِغَيْرِ مَحْرَمٍ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، وَالنُّفَيْلِيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، - قَالَ الْحَسَنُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ثُمَّ اتَّفَقُوا - عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏\"‏ لاَ يَحِلُّ لاِمْرَأَةٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ أَنْ تُسَافِرَ يَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةً ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ وَالنُّفَيْلِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَوَاهُ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ مَالِكٍ كَمَا قَالَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa 'abdu alllahi bnu maslamaha، waalnnufayliyyu، 'an maalikin، h wahaddathanaa alhasanu bnu 'aliyyin، haddathanaa bishru bnu 'umara، haddathaniy maalikun، 'an sa'iydi bni 'abiy sa'iydin، - qaala alhasanu fiy hadiythihi 'an 'abiyhi، thumma attafaquwa - 'an 'abiy hurayraha، 'ani alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm qaala ‏\"‏ laa yahillu laimra'ahin tu'minu bialllahi waalyawmi al'aakhiri 'an tusaafira yawmana walaylahan ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ fadhakara ma'naahu ‏.‏ qaala 'abuw daawuda walam yadhkuri alqa'nabiyyu waalnnufayliyyu 'an 'abiyhi rawaahu abnu wahbin wa'uthmaanu bnu 'umara 'an maalikin kamaa qaala alqa'nabiyyu ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح فذكر معناه","english_urn":817200,"english_bab_name":"Regarding A Woman Who Performs Hajj Without A Mahram","english_text":"<p>\nAbu Hurairah reported the Prophet (SWAS) as saying : A woman who believes in Allah and the last Day must not make a journey of a day and a night.  He then narrated the rest of the tradition to the same effect (as above). \n</p>\n<p> \nThe narrator al-Nufaili said : Malik narrated us.  \n</p>\n<p>\nAbu Dawud said : The narrators al-Nufail and al_Qa’nabi did not mention the words “from his father”. \n</p>\n<p> \nIbn Wahb and ‘Uthman bin ‘Umr narrated from Malik the same words as narrated by al-Qa’nabi (i.e. omitted the words “from his father”).\n</p>","english_grade":"","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
