{"id":20454,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"9","bab_id":33.0,"english_bab_number":"552","arabic_bab_number":"33","hadith_number":"1664","our_hadith_number":109,"arabic_urn":916670,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي حُقُوقِ الْمَالِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَعْلَى الْمُحَارِبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا غَيْلاَنُ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ إِيَاسٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الآيَةُ ‏<A id=\"q1\" name=\"q1\" href=\"javascript:openquran(8,34,34)\"><c_q1>{‏ وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ ‏}</c_q1></a>‏ قَالَ كَبُرَ ذَلِكَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ - رضى الله عنه أَنَا أُفَرِّجُ عَنْكُمْ ‏.‏ فَانْطَلَقَ فَقَالَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ إِنَّهُ كَبُرَ عَلَى أَصْحَابِكَ هَذِهِ الآيَةُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَمْ يَفْرِضِ الزَّكَاةَ إِلاَّ لِيُطَيِّبَ مَا بَقِيَ مِنْ أَمْوَالِكُمْ وَإِنَّمَا فَرَضَ الْمَوَارِيثَ لِتَكُونَ لِمَنْ بَعْدَكُمْ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ فَكَبَّرَ عُمَرُ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهُ ‏\"‏ أَلاَ أُخْبِرُكَ بِخَيْرِ مَا يَكْنِزُ الْمَرْءُ الْمَرْأَةُ الصَّالِحَةُ إِذَا نَظَرَ إِلَيْهَا سَرَّتْهُ وَإِذَا أَمَرَهَا أَطَاعَتْهُ وَإِذَا غَابَ عَنْهَا حَفِظَتْهُ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa 'uthmaanu bnu 'abiy shaybaha، haddathanaa yahyay bnu ya'lay almuhaaribiyyu، haddathanaa 'abiy، haddathanaa ghaylaanu، 'an ja'fari bni 'iyaasin، 'an mujaahidin، 'ani abni 'abbaasin، qaala lammaa nazalat hadhihi al'aayahu ‏<A id=\"q1\" name=\"q1\" href=\"javascript:openquran(8,34,34)\"><c_q1>{‏ waalladhiyna yaknizuwna aldhdhahaba waalfiddaha ‏}</c_q1></a>‏ qaala kabura dhalika 'alay almuslimiyna faqaala 'umaru - rdy allh 'nh 'anaa 'ufarriju 'ankum ‏.‏ faantalaqa faqaala yaa nabiyya alllahi 'innahu kabura 'alay 'ashaabika hadhihi al'aayahu faqaala rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ 'inna alllaha lam yafridi alzzakaaha 'ilaaa liyutayyiba maa baqiya min 'amwaalikum wa'innamaa farada almawaariytha litakuwna liman ba'dakum ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ fakabbara 'umaru thumma qaala lahu ‏\"‏ 'alaa 'ukhbiruka bikhayri maa yaknizu almar'u almar'ahu alssaalihahu 'idhaa nazara 'ilayhaa sarrathu wa'idhaa 'amarahaa 'ataa'athu wa'idhaa ghaaba 'anhaa hafizathu ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"ضعيف","english_urn":816600,"english_bab_name":"The Rights Relating To Property","english_text":"<p>\n\nNarrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:\n</p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nWhen this verse was revealed: \"And those who hoard gold and silver,\" the Muslims were grieved about it. Umar said: I shall dispel your care. He, therefore, went and said: Prophet of Allah, your Companions were grieved by this verse. The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: Allah has made zakat obligatory simply to purify your remaining property, and He made inheritances obligatory that they might come to those who survive you. Umar then said: Allah is most great. He then said to him: Let me inform you about the best a man hoards; it is a virtuous woman who pleases him when he looks at her, obeys him when he gives her a command, and guards his interests when he is away from her.\n</p>","english_grade":"Da'if","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
