{"id":20402,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"9","bab_id":20.0,"english_bab_number":"538","arabic_bab_number":"20","hadith_number":"1612","our_hadith_number":57,"arabic_urn":916150,"arabic_bab_name":"باب كَمْ يُؤَدَّى فِي صَدَقَةِ الْفِطْرِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ السَّكَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَهْضَمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ فَرَضَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ صَاعًا فَذَكَرَ بِمَعْنَى مَالِكٍ زَادَ وَالصَّغِيرِ وَالْكَبِيرِ وَأَمَرَ بِهَا أَنْ تُؤَدَّى قَبْلَ خُرُوجِ النَّاسِ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ الْعُمَرِيُّ عَنْ نَافِعٍ بِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ وَرَوَاهُ سَعِيدٌ الْجُمَحِيُّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ قَالَ فِيهِ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَالْمَشْهُورُ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ لَيْسَ فِيهِ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa yahyay bnu muhammadi bni alssakani، haddathanaa muhammadu bnu jahdamin، haddathanaa 'ismaa'iylu bnu ja'farin، 'an 'umara bni naafi'in، 'an 'abiyhi، 'an 'abdi alllahi bni 'umara، qaala farada rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm zakaaha alfitri saa'ana fadhakara bima'nay maalikin zaada waalssaghiyri waalkabiyri wa'amara bihaa 'an tu'adday qabla khuruwji alnnaasi 'ilay alssalaahi ‏.‏ qaala 'abuw daawuda rawaahu 'abdu alllahi al'umariyyu 'an naafi'in bi'isnaadihi qaala 'alay kulli muslimin warawaahu sa'iydun aljumahiyyu 'an 'ubaydi alllahi 'an naafi'in qaala fiyhi mina almuslimiyna waalmashhuwru 'an 'ubaydi alllahi laysa fiyhi mina almuslimiyna ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":816080,"english_bab_name":"How Much Sadaqah Should Be Given At The End Of Ramadan","english_text":"Abd’ Allah b. Umar said : The Messenger of Allah(may peace be upon him)prescribed the sadaqah at the end of Ramadan one sa’. The narrator then transmitted the tradition like the one narrated by Malik. This version adds : “Young and old. He gave command that this should be paid before the people went out to prayers.”\n<p>\nAbu Dawud said : ‘Abd Allah al-‘Umari narrated it from Nafi’ through his chain : “on every Muslim.” The version of Sa’id al-Jumahi has : “Among the Muslims.” The well-known version transmitted by ‘Ubaid Allah does not mention the words “among the Muslims”\n</p>","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
