{"id":20038,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"4","bab_id":19.0,"english_bab_number":"439","arabic_bab_number":"19","hadith_number":"1248","our_hadith_number":51,"arabic_urn":912510,"arabic_bab_name":"باب مَنْ قَالَ يُصَلِّي بِكُلِّ طَائِفَةٍ رَكْعَتَيْنِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا الأَشْعَثُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، قَالَ صَلَّى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي خَوْفٍ الظُّهْرَ فَصَفَّ بَعْضَهُمْ خَلْفَهُ وَبَعْضَهُمْ بِإِزَاءِ الْعَدُوِّ فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ فَانْطَلَقَ الَّذِينَ صَلَّوْا مَعَهُ فَوَقَفُوا مَوْقِفَ أَصْحَابِهِمْ ثُمَّ جَاءَ أُولَئِكَ فَصَلَّوْا خَلْفَهُ فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ فَكَانَتْ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَرْبَعًا وَلأَصْحَابِهِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ‏.‏ وَبِذَلِكَ كَانَ يُفْتِي الْحَسَنُ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَكَذَلِكَ فِي الْمَغْرِبِ يَكُونُ لِلإِمَامِ سِتَّ رَكَعَاتٍ وَلِلْقَوْمِ ثَلاَثًا ثَلاَثًا ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَكَذَلِكَ قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ الْيَشْكُرِيُّ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa 'ubaydu alllahi bnu mu'aadhin، haddathanaa 'abiy، haddathanaa al'ash'athu، 'ani alhasani، 'an 'abiy bakraha، qaala sallay alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm fiy khawfin alzzuhra fasaffa ba'dahum khalfahu waba'dahum bi'izaa'i al'aduwwi fasallay bihim rak'atayni thumma sallama faantalaqa alladhiyna sallawa ma'ahu fawaqafuwa mawqifa 'ashaabihim thumma jaa'a 'uwla'ika fasallawa khalfahu fasallay bihim rak'atayni thumma sallama fakaanat lirasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm 'arba'ana wal'ashaabihi rak'atayni rak'atayni ‏.‏ wabidhalika kaana yuftiy alhasanu ‏.‏ qaala 'abuw daawuda wakadhalika fiy almaghribi yakuwnu lil'imaami sitta raka'aatin walilqawmi thalaathana thalaathana ‏.‏ qaala 'abuw daawuda wakadhalika rawaahu yahyay bnu 'abiy kathiyrin 'an 'abiy salamaha 'an jaabirin 'ani alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm wakadhalika qaala sulaymaanu alyashkuriyyu 'an jaabirin 'ani alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":812430,"english_bab_name":"Those Who Said That Each Group Should Pray Two Rak'ahs With The Imam","english_text":"<p>\n\nNarrated AbuBakrah:\n</p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nThe Prophet (saws) offered the noon prayer in time of danger. Some of the people formed a row behind him and others arrayed themselves against the enemy. He led them in two rak'ahs and then he uttered the salutation. Then those who were with him went away and took the position of their companions before the enemy. Then they came and prayed behind him. He led them in two rak'ahs and uttered the salutation. Thus the Messenger of Allah (saws) offered four rak'ahs and his companions offered two rak'ahs. \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nAl-Hasan used to give legal verdict on the authority of this tradition.\n</p>\n<p>\nAbu Dawud said: This will be so in the sunset prayer. The imam will offer six rak'ahs and the people three rak'ahs.\n</p>\n<p>\nAbu Dawud said: Yahya b. Abi Kathir narrated from Abu Salamah from Jabir from the Prophet (saws) something similar. Sulaiman al-Yashkuri reported it from the Prophet (saws) in like manner.\n</p>","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
