{"id":19241,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"2","bab_id":12.0,"english_bab_number":"161","arabic_bab_number":"12","hadith_number":"452","our_hadith_number":62,"arabic_urn":904520,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي بِنَاءِ الْمَسَاجِدِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ شَيْبَانَ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ مَسْجِدَ النَّبِيِّ، صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَتْ سَوَارِيهِ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْ جُذُوعِ النَّخْلِ أَعْلاَهُ مُظَلَّلٌ بِجَرِيدِ النَّخْلِ ثُمَّ إِنَّهَا نَخِرَتْ فِي خِلاَفَةِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَبَنَاهَا بِجُذُوعِ النَّخْلِ وَبِجَرِيدِ النَّخْلِ ثُمَّ إِنَّهَا نَخِرَتْ فِي خِلاَفَةِ عُثْمَانَ فَبَنَاهَا بِالآجُرِّ فَلَمْ تَزَلْ ثَابِتَةً حَتَّى الآنَ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa muhammadu bnu haatimin، haddathanaa 'ubaydu alllahi bnu muwsay، 'an shaybaana، 'an firaasin، 'an 'atiyyaha، 'ani abni 'umara، 'anna masjida alnnabiyyi، sly allh 'lyh wslm kaanat sawaariyhi 'alay 'ahdi rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm min judhuw'i alnnakhli 'a'laahu muzallalun bijariydi alnnakhli thumma 'innahaa nakhirat fiy khilaafahi 'abiy bakrin fabanaahaa bijudhuw'i alnnakhli wabijariydi alnnakhli thumma 'innahaa nakhirat fiy khilaafahi 'uthmaana fabanaahaa bial'aajurri falam tazal thaabitahan hattay al'aana ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"ضعيف","english_urn":804520,"english_bab_name":"On (The Reward) Of Building Masajid","english_text":"Ibn 'Umar reported: The pillars of the mosque of the Prophet (saws) during the life time of the Messenger of Allah (saws) were made of the trunks of the palm-tree; they covered from the above by twigs of the palm-tree; they decayed during the caliphate of Abu Bakr. He built it afresh with trunks and twigs of the palm-tree. But they again decayed during the caliphate of 'Uthman. He, therefore, built it with bricks.
