{"id":19125,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","collection_name":"Sunan Abi Dawud","book_number":"1","bab_id":128.0,"english_bab_number":"129","arabic_bab_number":"128","hadith_number":"336","our_hadith_number":336,"arabic_urn":903360,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي الْمَجْرُوحِ يَتَيَمَّمُ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الأَنْطَاكِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ خُرَيْقٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ خَرَجْنَا فِي سَفَرٍ فَأَصَابَ رَجُلاً مِنَّا حَجَرٌ فَشَجَّهُ فِي رَأْسِهِ ثُمَّ احْتَلَمَ فَسَأَلَ أَصْحَابَهُ فَقَالَ هَلْ تَجِدُونَ لِي رُخْصَةً فِي التَّيَمُّمِ فَقَالُوا مَا نَجِدُ لَكَ رُخْصَةً وَأَنْتَ تَقْدِرُ عَلَى الْمَاءِ فَاغْتَسَلَ فَمَاتَ فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أُخْبِرَ بِذَلِكَ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ قَتَلُوهُ قَتَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ أَلاَّ سَأَلُوا إِذْ لَمْ يَعْلَمُوا فَإِنَّمَا شِفَاءُ الْعِيِّ السُّؤَالُ إِنَّمَا كَانَ يَكْفِيهِ أَنْ يَتَيَمَّمَ وَيَعْصِرَ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ أَوْ ‏\"‏ يَعْصِبَ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ شَكَّ مُوسَى ‏\"‏ عَلَى جُرْحِهِ خِرْقَةً ثُمَّ يَمْسَحَ عَلَيْهَا وَيَغْسِلَ سَائِرَ جَسَدِهِ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa muwsay bnu 'abdi alrrahmani al'antaakiyyu، haddathanaa muhammadu bnu salamaha، 'ani alzzubayri bni khurayqin، 'an 'ataa'in، 'an jaabirin، qaala kharajnaa fiy safarin fa'asaaba rajulaan minnaa hajarun fashajjahu fiy ra'sihi thumma ahtalama fasa'ala 'ashaabahu faqaala hal tajiduwna liy rukhsahan fiy alttayammumi faqaaluwa maa najidu laka rukhsahan wa'anta taqdiru 'alay almaa'i faaghtasala famaata falammaa qadimnaa 'alay alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm 'ukhbira bidhalika faqaala ‏\"‏ qataluwhu qatalahumu alllahu 'alaaa sa'aluwa 'idh lam ya'lamuwa fa'innamaa shifaa'u al'iyyi alssu'aalu 'innamaa kaana yakfiyhi 'an yatayammama waya'sira ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ 'aw ‏\"‏ ya'siba ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ shakka muwsay ‏\"‏ 'alay jurhihi khirqahan thumma yamsaha 'alayhaa wayaghsila saa'ira jasadihi ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"حسن دون قوله إنما كان يكفيه","english_urn":803360,"english_bab_name":"The Wounded Person Performing Tayammum","english_text":"Jabir said: We set out on a journey. One of our people was hurt by a stone, that injured his head. He then had a sexual dream. He asked his fellow travelers: Do you find a concession for me to perform tayammum? They said: We do not find any concession for you while you can use water. He took a bath and died. When we came to the Prophet (saws), the incident was reported to him. He said: They killed him, may Allah kill them! Could they not ask when they did not know? The cure for ignorance is inquiry. It was enough for him to perform tayammum and to pour some drops of water or bind a bandage over the wound (the narrator Musa was doubtful); then he should have wiped over it and washed the rest of his body.","english_grade":"","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
