{"id":19018,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","book_number":"1","bab_id":92.0,"english_bab_number":"93","arabic_bab_number":"92","hadith_number":"229","our_hadith_number":229,"arabic_urn":902290,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي الْجُنُبِ يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلِمَةَ، قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى عَلِيٍّ - رضى الله عنه - أَنَا وَرَجُلاَنِ رَجُلٌ مِنَّا وَرَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي أَسَدٍ - أَحْسِبُ فَبَعَثَهُمَا عَلِيٌّ - رضى الله عنه - وَجْهًا وَقَالَ إِنَّكُمَا عِلْجَانِ فَعَالِجَا عَنْ دِينِكُمَا ‏.‏ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَدَخَلَ الْمَخْرَجَ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَدَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَأَخَذَ مِنْهُ حَفْنَةً فَتَمَسَّحَ بِهَا ثُمَّ جَعَلَ يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ فَأَنْكَرُوا ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَخْرُجُ مِنَ الْخَلاَءِ فَيُقْرِئُنَا الْقُرْآنَ وَيَأْكُلُ مَعَنَا اللَّحْمَ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ يَحْجُبُهُ - أَوْ قَالَ يَحْجُزُهُ - عَنِ الْقُرْآنِ شَىْءٌ لَيْسَ الْجَنَابَةَ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa hafsu bnu 'umara، haddathanaa shu'bahu، 'an 'amriw bni murraha، 'an 'abdi alllahi bni salimaha، qaala dakhaltu 'alay 'aliyyin - rdy allh 'nh - 'anaa warajulaani rajulun minnaa warajulun min baniy 'asadin - 'ahsibu faba'athahumaa 'aliyyun - rdy allh 'nh - wajhana waqaala 'innakumaa 'iljaani fa'aalijaa 'an diynikumaa ‏.‏ thumma qaama fadakhala almakhraja thumma kharaja fada'aa bimaa'in fa'akhadha minhu hafnahan fatamassaha bihaa thumma ja'ala yaqra'u alqur'aana fa'ankaruwa dhalika faqaala 'inna rasuwla alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm kaana yakhruju mina alkhalaa'i fayuqri'unaa alqur'aana waya'kulu ma'anaa alllahma walam yakun yahjubuhu - 'aw qaala yahjuzuhu - 'ani alqur'aani shay'un laysa aljanaabaha ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"ضعيف","english_urn":802290,"english_bab_name":"The Sexually Impure Person Reciting Qur'an","english_text":"<p>\n\nNarrated Ali ibn AbuTalib:\n</p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nAbdullah ibn Salamah said: I, accompanied by other two persons, one from us and the other from Banu Asad, called upon Ali. He sent them to a certain territory (on some mission) saying: You are sturdy and vigorous people; hence display your power for religion. He then stood and entered the toilet. He then came out and called for water and took a handful of it. Then he wiped (his hands) with it and began to recite the Qur'an. They were surprised at this (action).  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nThereupon he said: The Messenger of Allah (saws) came out from the privy and taught us the Qur'an and took meat  with us. Nothing prevented him; or the narrator said: Nothing prevented him from (reciting) the Qur'an except sexual defilement.\n</p>","english_grade":"Da'if","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
