{"id":19015,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","book_number":"1","bab_id":91.0,"english_bab_number":"92","arabic_bab_number":"91","hadith_number":"226","our_hadith_number":226,"arabic_urn":902260,"arabic_bab_name":"باب فِي الْجُنُبِ يُؤَخِّرُ الْغُسْلَ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ، ح حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا بُرْدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ نُسَىٍّ، عَنْ غُضَيْفِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعَائِشَةَ أَرَأَيْتِ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَغْتَسِلُ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ فِي أَوَّلِ اللَّيْلِ أَوْ فِي آخِرِهِ قَالَتْ رُبَّمَا اغْتَسَلَ فِي أَوَّلِ اللَّيْلِ وَرُبَّمَا اغْتَسَلَ فِي آخِرِهِ ‏.‏ قُلْتُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي جَعَلَ فِي الأَمْرِ سَعَةً ‏.‏ قُلْتُ أَرَأَيْتِ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يُوتِرُ أَوَّلَ اللَّيْلِ أَمْ فِي آخِرِهِ قَالَتْ رُبَّمَا أَوْتَرَ فِي أَوَّلِ اللَّيْلِ وَرُبَّمَا أَوْتَرَ فِي آخِرِهِ ‏.‏ قُلْتُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي جَعَلَ فِي الأَمْرِ سَعَةً ‏.‏ قُلْتُ أَرَأَيْتِ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَجْهَرُ بِالْقُرْآنِ أَمْ يَخْفِتُ بِهِ قَالَتْ رُبَّمَا جَهَرَ بِهِ وَرُبَّمَا خَفَتَ ‏.‏ قُلْتُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي جَعَلَ فِي الأَمْرِ سَعَةً ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa musaddadun، haddathanaa almu'tamiru، h haddathanaa 'ahmadu bnu hanbalin، haddathanaa 'ismaa'iylu bnu 'ibraahiyma، qaalaa haddathanaa burdu bnu sinaanin، 'an 'ubaadaha bni nusayyin، 'an ghudayfi bni alhaarithi، qaala qultu li'aa'ishaha 'ara'ayti rasuwla alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm kaana yaghtasilu mina aljanaabahi fiy 'awwali alllayli 'aw fiy 'aakhirihi qaalat rubbamaa aghtasala fiy 'awwali alllayli warubbamaa aghtasala fiy 'aakhirihi ‏.‏ qultu alllahu 'akbaru alhamdu lillahi alladhiy ja'ala fiy al'amri sa'ahan ‏.‏ qultu 'ara'ayti rasuwla alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm kaana yuwtiru 'awwala alllayli 'am fiy 'aakhirihi qaalat rubbamaa 'awtara fiy 'awwali alllayli warubbamaa 'awtara fiy 'aakhirihi ‏.‏ qultu alllahu 'akbaru alhamdu lillahi alladhiy ja'ala fiy al'amri sa'ahan ‏.‏ qultu 'ara'ayti rasuwla alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm kaana yajharu bialqur'aani 'am yakhfitu bihi qaalat rubbamaa jahara bihi warubbamaa khafata ‏.‏ qultu alllahu 'akbaru alhamdu lillahi alladhiy ja'ala fiy al'amri sa'ahan ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":802260,"english_bab_name":"The Sexually Impure Person Delaying Ghusl","english_text":"<p>\n\nNarrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin:\n</p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nGhudayf ibn al-Harith reported: I asked Aisha: Have you seen the Messenger of Allah (saws) washing (because of defilement) at the beginning of the night or at the end?  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nShe replied: Sometimes he would take a bath at the beginning of the night and sometimes at the end.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nThereupon I exclaimed: Allah is most Great. All Praise be to Allah Who made this matter accommodative.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nI again asked her: What do you think, did the Messenger of Allah (saws) say the witr prayer (additional prayer after obligatory prayer at night) in the beginning of the night or at the end?  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nShe replied: Sometimes he would say the witr prayer at the beginning of the night and sometimes at the end.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nI exclaimed: Allah is most Great. All praise be to Allah Who made the matter accommodative.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nAgain I asked her: What do you think, did the Messenger of Allah (saws) recite the Qur'an (in the prayer) loudly or softly?  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nShe replied: Sometimes he would recite loudly and sometimes softly.  \n</p>\n\n\n<p>\n\nI exclaimed: Allah is most Great.
