{"id":18880,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","book_number":"1","bab_id":43.0,"english_bab_number":"44","arabic_bab_number":"43","hadith_number":"91","our_hadith_number":91,"arabic_urn":900910,"arabic_bab_name":"باب أَيُصَلِّي الرَّجُلُ وَهُوَ حَاقِنٌ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ السُّلَمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَوْرٌ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي حَىٍّ الْمُؤَذِّنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏\"‏ لاَ يَحِلُّ لِرَجُلٍ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ وَهُوَ حَقِنٌ حَتَّى يَتَخَفَّفَ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ سَاقَ نَحْوَهُ عَلَى هَذَا اللَّفْظِ قَالَ ‏\"‏ وَلاَ يَحِلُّ لِرَجُلٍ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ أَنْ يَؤُمَّ قَوْمًا إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِمْ وَلاَ يَخْتَصَّ نَفْسَهُ بِدَعْوَةٍ دُونَهُمْ فَإِنْ فَعَلَ فَقَدْ خَانَهُمْ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ هَذَا مِنْ سُنَنِ أَهْلِ الشَّامِ لَمْ يَشْرَكْهُمْ فِيهَا أَحَدٌ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa mahmuwdu bnu khaalidin alssulamiyyu، haddathanaa 'ahmadu bnu 'aliyyin، haddathanaa thawrun، 'an yaziyda bni shurayhin alhadramiyyi، 'an 'abiy hayyin almu'adhdhini، 'an 'abiy hurayraha، 'ani alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm qaala ‏\"‏ laa yahillu lirajulin yu'minu bialllahi waalyawmi al'aakhiri 'an yusalliya wahuwa haqinun hattay yatakhaffafa ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ thumma saaqa nahwahu 'alay hadhaa alllafzi qaala ‏\"‏ walaa yahillu lirajulin yu'minu bialllahi waalyawmi al'aakhiri 'an ya'umma qawmana 'ilaaa bi'idhnihim walaa yakhtassa nafsahu bida'wahin duwnahum fa'in fa'ala faqad khaanahum ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ qaala 'abuw daawuda hadhaa min sunani 'ahli alshshaami lam yashrakhum fiyhaa 'ahadun ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح إلا جملة الدعوة","english_urn":800910,"english_bab_name":"Should A Person Offer Salat When He Fees to Urge To Relieve Himself","english_text":"<p>\n\nNarrated AbuHurayrah:\n</p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nThe Prophet (saws) said: It is not permissible for a man who believes in Allah and in the Last Day that he should say the prayer while he is feeling the call of nature until he becomes light (by relieving himself).\n</p>\n<p>\nThen the narrator Thawr b. Yazid transmitted a similar tradition with the following wordings: \"It is not permissible for a man who believes in Allah and in the Last Day that he should lead the people in prayer but with their permission; and that he should not supplicate to Allah exclusively for himself leaving all others. If he did so, he violated trust.\"\n</p>\n<p>\nAbu Dawud said: This is a tradition reported by the narrators of Syria; no other person has joined them in relating this tradition.\n</p>","english_grade":"","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
