{"id":1887,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"34","bab_id":111.0,"english_bab_number":"111","arabic_bab_number":"111","hadith_number":"2235","our_hadith_number":181,"arabic_urn":121500,"arabic_bab_name":"باب هَلْ يُسَافِرُ بِالْجَارِيَةِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَسْتَبْرِئَهَا","arabic_text":"قَدِمَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَيْبَرَ، فَلَمَّا فَتَحَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْحِصْنَ ذُكِرَ لَهُ جَمَالُ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ حُيَىِّ بْنِ أَخْطَبَ، وَقَدْ قُتِلَ زَوْجُهَا، وَكَانَتْ عَرُوسًا، فَاصْطَفَاهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِنَفْسِهِ فَخَرَجَ بِهَا، حَتَّى بَلَغْنَا سَدَّ الرَّوْحَاءِ حَلَّتْ، فَبَنَى بِهَا، ثُمَّ صَنَعَ حَيْسًا فِي نِطَعٍ صَغِيرٍ، ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ آذِنْ مَنْ حَوْلَكَ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَكَانَتْ تِلْكَ وَلِيمَةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى صَفِيَّةَ، ثُمَّ خَرَجْنَا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ، قَالَ فَرَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُحَوِّي لَهَا وَرَاءَهُ بِعَبَاءَةٍ، ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ عِنْدَ بَعِيرِهِ فَيَضَعُ رُكْبَتَهُ، فَتَضَعُ صَفِيَّةُ رِجْلَهَا عَلَى رُكْبَتِهِ، حَتَّى تَرْكَبَ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"qadima alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm khaybara، falammaa fataha alllahu 'alayhi alhisna dhukira lahu jamaalu safiyyaha binti huyayyi bni 'akhtaba، waqad qutila zawjuhaa، wakaanat 'aruwsana، faastafaahaa rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm linafsihi fakharaja bihaa، hattay balaghnaa sadda alrrawhaa'i hallat، fabanay bihaa، thumma sana'a haysana fiy nita'in saghiyrin، thumma qaala rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ 'aadhin man hawlaka ‏\"‏‏.‏ fakaanat tilka waliymaha rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm 'alay safiyyaha، thumma kharajnaa 'ilay almadiynahi، qaala fara'aytu rasuwla alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm yuhawwiy lahaa waraa'ahu bi'abaa'ahin، thumma yajlisu 'inda ba'iyrihi fayada'u rukbatahu، fatada'u safiyyahu rijlahaa 'alay rukbatihi، hattay tarkaba‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":20990,"english_bab_name":"Travel with a slave-girl","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Anas bin Malik:\n\n<p>The Prophet came to Khaibar and when Allah made him victorious and he conquered the town by \nbreaking the enemy's defense, the beauty of Safiya bint Huyai bin Akhtab was mentioned to him and \nher husband had been killed while she was a bride. Allah's Apostle selected her for himself and he set \nout in her company till he reached Sadd-ar-Rawha' where her menses were over and he married her. \nThen Hais (a kind of meal) was prepared and served on a small leather sheet (used for serving meals). \nAllah's Apostle then said to me, \"Inform those who are around you (about the wedding banquet).\" So \nthat was the marriage banquet given by Allah's Apostle for (his marriage with) Safiya. After that we \nproceeded to Medina and I saw that Allah's Apostle was covering her with a cloak while she was \nbehind him. Then he would sit beside his camel and let Safiya put her feet on his knees to ride (the \ncamel).","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
