{"id":18838,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","book_number":"1","bab_id":26.0,"english_bab_number":"26","arabic_bab_number":"26","hadith_number":"49","our_hadith_number":49,"arabic_urn":900490,"arabic_bab_name":"باب كَيْفَ يَسْتَاكُ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْعَتَكِيُّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ غَيْلاَنَ بْنِ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ قَالَ أَتَيْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَسْتَحْمِلُهُ فَرَأَيْتُهُ يَسْتَاكُ عَلَى لِسَانِهِ - قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَقَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَهُوَ يَسْتَاكُ وَقَدْ وَضَعَ السِّوَاكَ عَلَى طَرَفِ لِسَانِهِ - وَهُوَ يَقُولُ ‏\"‏ إِهْ إِهْ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ يَعْنِي يَتَهَوَّعُ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ فَكَانَ حَدِيثًا طَوِيلاً اخْتَصَرْتُهُ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa musaddadun، wasulaymaanu bnu daawuda al'atakiyyu، qaalaa haddathanaa hammaadu bnu zaydin، 'an ghaylaana bni jariyrin، 'an 'abiy burdaha، 'an 'abiyhi، qaala musaddadun qaala 'ataynaa rasuwla alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm nastahmiluhu fara'aytuhu yastaaku 'alay lisaanihi - qaala 'abuw daawuda waqaala sulaymaanu qaala dakhaltu 'alay alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm wahuwa yastaaku waqad wada'a alssiwaaka 'alay tarafi lisaanihi - wahuwa yaquwlu ‏\"‏ 'ih 'ih ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ ya'niy yatahawwa'u ‏.‏ qaala 'abuw daawuda qaala musaddadun fakaana hadiythana tawiylaan akhtasartuhu ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":800490,"english_bab_name":"How To Use The Siwak","english_text":"Narrated Abu Burdah:\n<p>\nOn the authority of his father ( Abu Musa al-Ash'ari), reported (according to the version of Musaddad) : We came to the Apostle of Allaah (sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam) to provide us with a mount, and found him using the tooth-stick, its one end being at his tongue (i.e. he wsa rinsing his mouth).\n</p>\n<p>\nAccording to the version of Sulaiman it goes : I entered upon the Prophet (sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam ) who was using the tooth-stick, and had it placed at one side of his tongue, producing a gurgling sound.\n</p>\n<p>\nAbu Dawud said : Musaddad said that the tradition was a lengthy but he shortened it.\n</p>","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
