{"id":18809,"collection_id":4,"collection":"abudawud","book_number":"1","bab_id":11.0,"english_bab_number":"11","arabic_bab_number":"11","hadith_number":"20","our_hadith_number":20,"arabic_urn":900200,"arabic_bab_name":"باب الاِسْتِبْرَاءِ مِنَ الْبَوْلِ","arabic_text":"حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَهَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُجَاهِدًا، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ مَرَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى قَبْرَيْنِ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ إِنَّهُمَا يُعَذَّبَانِ وَمَا يُعَذَّبَانِ فِي كَبِيرٍ أَمَّا هَذَا فَكَانَ لاَ يَسْتَنْزِهُ مِنَ الْبَوْلِ وَأَمَّا هَذَا فَكَانَ يَمْشِي بِالنَّمِيمَةِ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ دَعَا بِعَسِيبٍ رَطْبٍ فَشَقَّهُ بِاثْنَيْنِ ثُمَّ غَرَسَ عَلَى هَذَا وَاحِدًا وَعَلَى هَذَا وَاحِدًا وَقَالَ ‏\"‏ لَعَلَّهُ يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمَا مَا لَمْ يَيْبَسَا ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ هَنَّادٌ ‏\"‏ يَسْتَتِرُ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ مَكَانَ ‏\"‏ يَسْتَنْزِهُ ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"haddathanaa zuhayru bnu harbin، wahannaadu bnu alssariyyi، qaalaa haddathanaa wakiy'un، haddathanaa al'a'mashu، qaala sami'tu mujaahidana، yuhaddithu 'an taawusin، 'ani abni 'abbaasin، qaala marra rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm 'alay qabrayni faqaala ‏\"‏ 'innahumaa yu'adhdhabaani wamaa yu'adhdhabaani fiy kabiyrin 'ammaa hadhaa fakaana laa yastanzihu mina albawli wa'ammaa hadhaa fakaana yamshiy bialnnamiymahi ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ thumma da'aa bi'asiybin ratbin fashaqqahu biathnayni thumma gharasa 'alay hadhaa waahidana wa'alay hadhaa waahidana waqaala ‏\"‏ la'allahu yukhaffafu 'anhumaa maa lam yaybasaa ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ qaala hannaadun ‏\"‏ yastatiru ‏\"‏ ‏.‏ makaana ‏\"‏ yastanzihu ‏\"‏ ‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":800200,"english_bab_name":"Avoiding (The Splatter) Of Urine","english_text":"Narrated Ibn 'Abbas :\n<p>\nThe Prophet (sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam ) passed by two graves. He said : Both (the dead) are being punished, but they are not being punished for a major (sin). One did not safeguard himself from urine. The other carried\ntales. He then called for a fresh twig and split it into two parts  and planted one part on each grave and said: Perhaps their punishment may be mitigated as long as the twigs remain fresh.\n</p>\n<p>\nAnother version of Hannad has: \"One of them did not cover himself while urinating.\" This version does not have the words: \"He did not safeguard himself from urine.\"\n</p>","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
