{"id":1871,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"34","bab_id":100.0,"english_bab_number":"100","arabic_bab_number":"100","hadith_number":"2218","our_hadith_number":165,"arabic_urn":121340,"arabic_bab_name":"باب شِرَاءِ الْمَمْلُوكِ مِنَ الْحَرْبِيِّ وَهِبَتِهِ وَعِتْقِهِ","arabic_text":"اخْتَصَمَ سَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ وَعَبْدُ بْنُ زَمْعَةَ فِي غُلاَمٍ، فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ هَذَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ابْنُ أَخِي عُتْبَةَ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، عَهِدَ إِلَىَّ أَنَّهُ ابْنُهُ، انْظُرْ إِلَى شَبَهِهِ‏.‏ وَقَالَ عَبْدُ بْنُ زَمْعَةَ هَذَا أَخِي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وُلِدَ عَلَى فِرَاشِ أَبِي مِنْ وَلِيدَتِهِ‏.‏ فَنَظَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى شَبَهِهِ، فَرَأَى شَبَهًا بَيِّنًا بِعُتْبَةَ، فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ هُوَ لَكَ يَا عَبْدُ، الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ وَاحْتَجِبِي مِنْهُ يَا سَوْدَةُ بِنْتَ زَمْعَةَ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَلَمْ تَرَهُ سَوْدَةُ قَطُّ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"akhtasama sa'du bnu 'abiy waqqaasin wa'abdu bnu zam'aha fiy ghulaamin، faqaala sa'dun hadhaa yaa rasuwla alllahi abnu 'akhiy 'utbaha bni 'abiy waqqaasin، 'ahida 'ilayya 'annahu abnuhu، anzur 'ilay shabahihi‏.‏ waqaala 'abdu bnu zam'aha hadhaa 'akhiy yaa rasuwla alllahi wulida 'alay firaashi 'abiy min waliydatihi‏.‏ fanazara rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm 'ilay shabahihi، fara'ay shabahana bayyinana bi'utbaha، faqaala ‏\"‏ huwa laka yaa 'abdu، alwaladu lilfiraashi walil'aahiri alhajaru waahtajibiy minhu yaa sawdahu binta zam'aha ‏\"‏‏.‏ falam tarahu sawdahu qattu‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":20830,"english_bab_name":"The purchase of a slave from the enemy","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated `Aisha:\n\n<p>Sa`d bin Abi Waqqas and 'Abu bin Zam`a quarreled over a boy. Sa`d said, \"O Allah's Apostle! This \nboy is the son of my brother (`Utba bin Abi Waqqas) who took a promise from me that I would take \nhim as he was his (illegal) son. Look at him and see whom he resembles.\" 'Abu bin Zam`a said, \"O \nAllah's Apostle! This is my brother and was born on my father's bed from his slave-girl.\" Allah's \nApostle cast a look at the boy and found definite resemblance to `Utba and then said, \"The boy is for \nyou, O 'Abu bin Zam`a. The child goes to the owner of the bed and the adulterer gets nothing but the \nstones (despair, i.e. to be stoned to death). Then the Prophet said, \"O Sauda bint Zama! Screen \nyourself from this boy.\" So, Sauda never saw him again.","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
