{"id":1852,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"34","bab_id":87.0,"english_bab_number":"87","arabic_bab_number":"87","hadith_number":"2199","our_hadith_number":146,"arabic_urn":121150,"arabic_bab_name":"باب إِذَا بَاعَ الثِّمَارَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا ثُمَّ أَصَابَتْهُ عَاهَةٌ فَهُوَ مِنَ الْبَائِع","arabic_text":"قَالَ اللَّيْثُ حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلاً، ابْتَاعَ ثَمَرًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ، ثُمَّ أَصَابَتْهُ عَاهَةٌ، كَانَ مَا أَصَابَهُ عَلَى رَبِّهِ، أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏\"‏ لاَ تَتَبَايَعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا، وَلاَ تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَ بِالتَّمْرِ ‏\"‏‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"qaala alllaythu haddathaniy yuwnusu، 'ani abni shihaabin، qaala law 'anna rajulaan، abtaa'a thamarana qabla 'an yabduwa salaahuhu، thumma 'asaabathu 'aahahun، kaana maa 'asaabahu 'alay rabbihi، 'akhbaraniy saalimu bnu 'abdi alllahi 'ani abni 'umara  rdy allh 'nhma  'anna rasuwla alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm qaala ‏\"‏ laa tatabaaya'uwa alththamara hattay yabduwa salaahuhaa، walaa tabiy'uwa alththamara bialttamri ‏\"‏‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":20652,"english_bab_name":"If somebody sells fruits before their benefit is evident","english_text":"<p>\n\n     Narrated Ibn Shihab:  If somebody bought fruits before their benefit \n     is evident and then the fruits were spoiled with blights, the loss \n     would be suffered by the owner (not the buyer).\n<p>\n\n     Narrated Salim bin 'Abdullah from Ibn Umar:  Allah's Apostle said, \"Do\n     not sell or buy fruits before their benefit was evident and do not \n     sell fresh fruits (dates) for dried dates.\"\n<p>","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
