{"id":1796,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"34","bab_id":57.0,"english_bab_number":"57","arabic_bab_number":"57","hadith_number":"2138","our_hadith_number":90,"arabic_urn":120550,"arabic_bab_name":"باب إِذَا اشْتَرَى مَتَاعًا أَوْ دَابَّةً فَوَضَعَهُ عِنْدَ الْبَائِع، أَوْ مَاتَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقْبَضَ","arabic_text":"لَقَلَّ يَوْمٌ كَانَ يَأْتِي عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلاَّ يَأْتِي فِيهِ بَيْتَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ أَحَدَ طَرَفَىِ النَّهَارِ، فَلَمَّا أُذِنَ لَهُ فِي الْخُرُوجِ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ لَمْ يَرُعْنَا إِلاَّ وَقَدْ أَتَانَا ظُهْرًا، فَخُبِّرَ بِهِ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَقَالَ مَا جَاءَنَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي هَذِهِ السَّاعَةِ، إِلاَّ لأَمْرٍ حَدَثَ، فَلَمَّا دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ لأَبِي بَكْرٍ ‏\"‏ أَخْرِجْ مَنْ عِنْدَكَ ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّمَا هُمَا ابْنَتَاىَ‏.‏ يَعْنِي عَائِشَةَ وَأَسْمَاءَ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ أَشَعَرْتَ أَنَّهُ قَدْ أُذِنَ لِي فِي الْخُرُوجِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ الصُّحْبَةَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ الصُّحْبَةَ ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ عِنْدِي نَاقَتَيْنِ أَعْدَدْتُهُمَا لِلْخُرُوجِ، فَخُذْ إِحْدَاهُمَا‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ قَدْ أَخَذْتُهَا بِالثَّمَنِ ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"laqalla yawmun kaana ya'tiy 'alay alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm 'ilaaa ya'tiy fiyhi bayta 'abiy bakrin 'ahada tarafayi alnnahaari، falammaa 'udhina lahu fiy alkhuruwji 'ilay almadiynahi lam yaru'naa 'ilaaa waqad 'ataanaa zuhrana، fakhubbira bihi 'abuw bakrin faqaala maa jaa'anaa alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm fiy hadhihi alssaa'ahi، 'ilaaa l'amrin hadatha، falammaa dakhala 'alayhi qaala l'abiy bakrin ‏\"‏ 'akhrij man 'indaka ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala yaa rasuwla alllahi 'innamaa humaa abnataaya‏.‏ ya'niy 'aa'ishaha wa'asmaa'a‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ 'asha'arta 'annahu qad 'udhina liy fiy alkhuruwji ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala alssuhbaha yaa rasuwla alllahi‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ alssuhbaha ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala yaa rasuwla alllahi 'inna 'indiy naaqatayni 'a'dadtuhumaa lilkhuruwji، fakhudh 'ihdaahumaa‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ qad 'akhadhtuhaa bialththamani ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":20100,"english_bab_name":"If somebody buys some goods or (an) animal and let it with the seller, or it dies before he takes it into his possession","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Aisha:\n\n<p>Rarely did the Prophet fail to visit Abu Bakr's house everyday, either in the morning or in the evening. \nWhen the permission for migration to Medina was granted, all of a sudden the Prophet came to us at \nnoon and Abu Bakr was informed, who said, \"Certainly the Prophet has come for some urgent \nmatter.\" The Prophet said to Abu Bark, when the latter entered \"Let nobody stay in your home.\" Abu \nBakr said, \"O Allah's Apostle! There are only my two daughters (namely `Aisha and Asma') present.\" \nThe Prophet said, \"I feel (am informed) that I have been granted the permission for migration.\" Abu \nBakr said, \"I will accompany you, O Allah's Apostle!\" The Prophet said, \"You will accompany me.\" \nAbu Bakr then said \"O Allah's Apostle! I have two she-camels I have prepared specially for migration, \nso I offer you one of them.
