{"id":1599,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"30","bab_id":30.0,"english_bab_number":"30","arabic_bab_number":"30","hadith_number":"1936","our_hadith_number":43,"arabic_urn":118470,"arabic_bab_name":"باب إِذَا جَامَعَ فِي رَمَضَانَ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ شَىْءٌ فَتُصُدِّقَ عَلَيْهِ فَلْيُكَفِّرْ","arabic_text":"وَقَعْتُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِي وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ‏.‏ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ هَلْ تَجِدُ رَقَبَةً تُعْتِقُهَا ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ لاَ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ فَهَلْ تَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ تَصُومَ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ لاَ‏.‏ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ فَهَلْ تَجِدُ إِطْعَامَ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَ لاَ‏.‏ قَالَ فَمَكَثَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، فَبَيْنَا نَحْنُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِعَرَقٍ فِيهَا تَمْرٌ ـ وَالْعَرَقُ الْمِكْتَلُ ـ قَالَ ‏\"‏ أَيْنَ السَّائِلُ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَقَالَ أَنَا‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ خُذْهَا فَتَصَدَّقْ بِهِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ أَعَلَى أَفْقَرَ مِنِّي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَوَاللَّهِ مَا بَيْنَ لاَبَتَيْهَا ـ يُرِيدُ الْحَرَّتَيْنِ ـ أَهْلُ بَيْتٍ أَفْقَرُ مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِي، فَضَحِكَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَتَّى بَدَتْ أَنْيَابُهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏\"‏ أَطْعِمْهُ أَهْلَكَ ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"waqa'tu 'alay amra'atiy wa'anaa saa'imun‏.‏ faqaala rasuwlu alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ hal tajidu raqabahan tu'tiquhaa ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala laa‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ fahal tastatiy'u 'an tasuwma shahrayni mutataabi'ayni ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala laa‏.‏ faqaala ‏\"‏ fahal tajidu 'it'aama sittiyna miskiynana ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaala laa‏.‏ qaala famakatha alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm، fabaynaa nahnu 'alay dhalika 'utiya alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm bi'araqin fiyhaa tamrun  waal'araqu almiktalu  qaala ‏\"‏ 'ayna alssaa'ilu ‏\"‏‏.‏ faqaala 'anaa‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ khudhhaa fatasaddaq bihi ‏\"‏‏.‏ faqaala alrrajulu 'a'alay 'afqara minniy yaa rasuwla alllahi fawaalllahi maa bayna laabatayhaa  yuriydu alharratayni  'ahlu baytin 'afqaru min 'ahli baytiy، fadahika alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm hattay badat 'anyaabuhu thumma qaala ‏\"‏ 'at'imhu 'ahlaka ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":18190,"english_bab_name":"Sexual intercourse with wife in Ramadan and the expiation of that.","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Abu Huraira:\n\n<p>While we were sitting with the Prophet a man came and said, \"O Allah's Apostle! I have been ruined.\" \nAllah's Apostle asked what was the matter with him. He replied \"I had sexual intercourse with my \nwife while I was fasting.\" Allah's Apostle asked him, \"Can you afford to manumit a slave?\" He replied \nin the negative. Allah's Apostle asked him, \"Can you fast for two successive months?\" He replied in \nthe negative. The Prophet asked him, \"Can you afford to feed sixty poor persons?\" He replied in the \nnegative. The Prophet kept silent and while we were in that state, a big basket full of dates was \nbrought to the Prophet . He asked, \"Where is the questioner?\" He replied, \"I (am here).\" The Prophet \nsaid (to him), \"Take this (basket of dates) and give it in charity.\" The man said, \"Should I give it to a \nperson poorer than I? By Allah; there is no family between its (i.e. Medina's) two mountains who are \npoorer than I.\" The Prophet smiled till his premolar teeth became visible and then said, 'Feed your \nfamily with it.\"","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
