{"id":1498,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"28","bab_id":8.0,"english_bab_number":"8","arabic_bab_number":"8","hadith_number":"1832","our_hadith_number":12,"arabic_urn":117410,"arabic_bab_name":"باب لاَ يُعْضَدُ شَجَرُ الْحَرَمِ","arabic_text":"إِنَّ مَكَّةَ حَرَّمَهَا اللَّهُ وَلَمْ يُحَرِّمْهَا النَّاسُ، فَلاَ يَحِلُّ لاِمْرِئٍ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ أَنْ يَسْفِكَ بِهَا دَمًا وَلاَ يَعْضُدَ بِهَا شَجَرَةً، فَإِنْ أَحَدٌ تَرَخَّصَ لِقِتَالِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقُولُوا لَهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَذِنَ لِرَسُولِهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَلَمْ يَأْذَنْ لَكُمْ، وَإِنَّمَا أَذِنَ لِي سَاعَةً مِنْ نَهَارٍ، وَقَدْ عَادَتْ حُرْمَتُهَا الْيَوْمَ كَحُرْمَتِهَا بِالأَمْسِ، وَلْيُبَلِّغِ الشَّاهِدُ الْغَائِبَ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَقِيلَ لأَبِي شُرَيْحٍ مَا قَالَ لَكَ عَمْرٌو قَالَ أَنَا أَعْلَمُ بِذَلِكَ مِنْكَ يَا أَبَا شُرَيْحٍ، إِنَّ الْحَرَمَ لاَ يُعِيذُ عَاصِيًا، وَلاَ فَارًّا بِدَمٍ، وَلاَ فَارًّا بِخَرْبَةٍ‏.‏ خَرْبَةٌ بَلِيَّةٌ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"'inna makkaha harramahaa alllahu walam yuharrimhaa alnnaasu، falaa yahillu laimri'in yu'minu bialllahi waalyawmi al'aakhiri 'an yasfika bihaa damana walaa ya'duda bihaa shajarahan، fa'in 'ahadun tarakhkhasa liqitaali rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm faquwluwa lahu 'inna alllaha 'adhina lirasuwlihi sly allh 'lyh wslm walam ya'dhan lakum، wa'innamaa 'adhina liy saa'ahan min nahaarin، waqad 'aadat hurmatuhaa alyawma kahurmatihaa bial'amsi، walyuballighi alshshaahidu alghaa'iba ‏\"‏‏.‏ faqiyla l'abiy shurayhin maa qaala laka 'amrunw qaala 'anaa 'a'lamu bidhalika minka yaa 'abaa shurayhin، 'inna alharama laa yu'iydhu 'aasiyana، walaa faarrana bidamin، walaa faarrana bikharbahin‏.‏ kharbahun baliyyahun‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":17200,"english_bab_name":"It is not permissible to cut the trees of the Haram","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Sa`id bin Abu Sa`id Al-Maqburi:\n\n<p>Abu Shuraih, Al-`Adawi said that he had said to `Amr bin Sa`id when he was sending the troops to \nMecca (to fight `Abdullah bin Az-Zubair), \"O Chief! Allow me to tell you what Allah's Apostle said \non the day following the Conquest of Mecca. My ears heard that and my heart understood it \nthoroughly and I saw with my own eyes the Prophet when he, after Glorifying and Praising Allah, \nstarted saying, 'Allah, not the people, made Mecca a sanctuary, so anybody who has belief in Allah \nand the Last Day should neither shed blood in it, nor should he cut down its trees. If anybody tells \n(argues) that fighting in it is permissible on the basis that Allah's Apostle did fight in Mecca, say to \nhim, 'Allah allowed His Apostle and did not allow you.' \"Allah allowed me only for a few hours on \nthat day (of the conquest) and today its sanctity is valid as it was before. So, those who are present \nshould inform those who are absent (concerning this fact.\" Abu Shuraih was asked, \"What did `Amr \nreply?\" He said, (`Amr said) 'O Abu Shuraih!
