{"id":1454,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"26","bab_id":7.0,"english_bab_number":"7","arabic_bab_number":"7","hadith_number":"1786","our_hadith_number":13,"arabic_urn":116920,"arabic_bab_name":"باب الاِعْتِمَارِ بَعْدَ الْحَجِّ بِغَيْرِ هَدْىٍ","arabic_text":"مَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ فَلْيُهِلَّ، وَمَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُهِلَّ بِحَجَّةِ فَلْيُهِلَّ، وَلَوْلاَ أَنِّي أَهْدَيْتُ لأَهْلَلْتُ بِعُمْرَةٍ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ، وَمِنْهُمْ مِنْ أَهَلَّ بِحَجَّةٍ، وَكُنْتُ مِمَّنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ، فَحِضْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَدْخُلَ مَكَّةَ، فَأَدْرَكَنِي يَوْمُ عَرَفَةَ، وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ، فَشَكَوْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ دَعِي عُمْرَتَكِ، وَانْقُضِي رَأْسَكِ وَامْتَشِطِي، وَأَهِلِّي بِالْحَجِّ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَفَعَلْتُ، فَلَمَّا كَانَتْ لَيْلَةُ الْحَصْبَةِ أَرْسَلَ مَعِي عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ إِلَى التَّنْعِيمِ، فَأَرْدَفَهَا، فَأَهَلَّتْ بِعُمْرَةٍ مَكَانَ عُمْرَتِهَا، فَقَضَى اللَّهُ حَجَّهَا وَعُمْرَتَهَا، وَلَمْ يَكُنْ فِي شَىْءٍ مِنْ ذَلِكَ هَدْىٌ، وَلاَ صَدَقَةٌ، وَلاَ صَوْمٌ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"man 'ahabba 'an yuhilla bi'umrahin falyuhilla، waman 'ahabba 'an yuhilla bihajjahi falyuhilla، walawlaa 'anniy 'ahdaytu l'ahlaltu bi'umrahin ‏\"‏‏.‏ faminhum man 'ahalla bi'umrahin، waminhum min 'ahalla bihajjahin، wakuntu mimman 'ahalla bi'umrahin، fahidtu qabla 'an 'adkhula makkaha، fa'adrakaniy yawmu 'arafaha، wa'anaa haa'idun، fashakawtu 'ilay rasuwli alllahi sly allh 'lyh wslm faqaala ‏\"‏ da'iy 'umrataki، waanqudiy ra'saki waamtashitiy، wa'ahilliy bialhajji ‏\"‏‏.‏ fafa'altu، falammaa kaanat laylahu alhasbahi 'arsala ma'iy 'abda alrrahmani 'ilay alttan'iymi، fa'ardafahaa، fa'ahallat bi'umrahin makaana 'umratihaa، faqaday alllahu hajjahaa wa'umratahaa، walam yakun fiy shay'in min dhalika hadyun، walaa sadaqahun، walaa sawmun‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":16760,"english_bab_name":"'Umra after performing Hajj without having a Hady","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated `Aisha:\n\n<p>We set out with Allah's Apostle shortly before the appearance of the new moon of Dhi-l-Hijja and he \nsaid, \"Whoever wants to assume Ihram for `Umra may do so, and whoever wants to assume Ihram for \nHajj may do so. Had not I brought the Hadi with me, I would have assumed Ihram for `Umra.\" Some \nof the people assumed Ihram for `Umra while others for Hajj. I was amongst those who had assumed \nIhram for `Umra. I got my menses before entering Mecca, and was menstruating till the day of \n`Arafat. I complained to Allah's Apostle about it, he said, \"Abandon your `Umra, undo and comb your \nhair, and assume Ihram for Hajj.\" So, I did that accordingly. When it was the night of Hasba (day of \ndeparture from Mina), the Prophet sent `Abdur Rahman with me to at-Tan`im. \nThe sub-narrator adds: He (`Abdur-Rahman) let her ride behind him. And she assumed Ihram for \n`Umra in lieu of the abandoned one. Aisha completed her Hajj and `Umra, and no Hadi, Sadaqa \n(charity), or fasting was obligatory for her.","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
