{"id":1432,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"25","bab_id":145.0,"english_bab_number":"145","arabic_bab_number":"145","hadith_number":"1762","our_hadith_number":238,"arabic_urn":116670,"arabic_bab_name":"باب إِذَا حَاضَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ بَعْدَ مَا أَفَاضَتْ","arabic_text":"فَقَدِمَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَطَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ، وَلَمْ يَحِلَّ وَكَانَ مَعَهُ الْهَدْىُ، فَطَافَ مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ مِنْ نِسَائِهِ وَأَصْحَابِهِ، وَحَلَّ مِنْهُمْ مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ الْهَدْىُ، فَحَاضَتْ هِيَ، فَنَسَكْنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا مِنْ حَجِّنَا، فَلَمَّا كَانَ لَيْلَةُ الْحَصْبَةِ لَيْلَةُ النَّفْرِ، قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كُلُّ أَصْحَابِكَ يَرْجِعُ بِحَجٍّ وَعُمْرَةٍ غَيْرِي‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ مَا كُنْتِ تَطُوفِي بِالْبَيْتِ لَيَالِيَ قَدِمْنَا ‏\"‏‏.‏ قُلْتُ لاَ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ فَاخْرُجِي مَعَ أَخِيكِ إِلَى التَّنْعِيمِ فَأَهِلِّي بِعُمْرَةٍ، وَمَوْعِدُكِ مَكَانَ كَذَا وَكَذَا ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَخَرَجْتُ مَعَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ إِلَى التَّنْعِيمِ، فَأَهْلَلْتُ بِعُمْرَةٍ، وَحَاضَتْ صَفِيَّةُ بِنْتُ حُيَىٍّ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ عَقْرَى حَلْقَى، إِنَّكِ لَحَابِسَتُنَا، أَمَا كُنْتِ طُفْتِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ قَالَتْ بَلَى‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ فَلاَ بَأْسَ‏.‏ انْفِرِي ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَلَقِيتُهُ مُصْعِدًا عَلَى أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ، وَأَنَا مُنْهَبِطَةٌ، أَوْ أَنَا مُصْعِدَةٌ، وَهُوَ مُنْهَبِطٌ‏.‏ وَقَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ قُلْتُ لاَ‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"faqadima alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm fataafa bialbayti wabayna alssafaa waalmarwahi، walam yahilla wakaana ma'ahu alhadyu، fataafa man kaana ma'ahu min nisaa'ihi wa'ashaabihi، wahalla minhum man lam yakun ma'ahu alhadyu، fahaadat hiya، fanasaknaa manaasikanaa min hajjinaa، falammaa kaana laylahu alhasbahi laylahu alnnafri، qaalat yaa rasuwla alllahi kullu 'ashaabika yarji'u bihajjin wa'umrahin ghayriy‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ maa kunti tatuwfiy bialbayti layaaliya qadimnaa ‏\"‏‏.‏ qultu laa‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ faakhrujiy ma'a 'akhiyki 'ilay alttan'iymi fa'ahilliy bi'umrahin، wamaw'iduki makaana kadhaa wakadhaa ‏\"‏‏.‏ fakharajtu ma'a 'abdi alrrahmani 'ilay alttan'iymi، fa'ahlaltu bi'umrahin، wahaadat safiyyahu bintu huyayyin، faqaala alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ 'aqray halqay، 'innaki lahaabisatunaa، 'amaa kunti tufti yawma alnnahri ‏\"‏‏.‏ qaalat balay‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ falaa ba'sa‏.‏ anfiriy ‏\"‏‏.‏ falaqiytuhu mus'idana 'alay 'ahli makkaha، wa'anaa munhabitahun، 'aw 'anaa mus'idahun، wahuwa munhabitun‏.‏ waqaala musaddadun qultu laa‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":16540,"english_bab_name":"If a woman gets her menses after Tawaf-al-Ifada","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated `Aisha:\n\n<p>We set out with the Prophet with the intention of performing Hajj only. The Prophet reached Mecca \nand performed Tawaf of the Ka`ba and between Safa and Marwa and did not finish the Ihram, because \nhe had the Hadi with him. His companions and his wives performed Tawaf (of the Ka`ba and between \nSafa and Marwa), and those who had no Hadi with them finished their Ihram. I got the menses and \nperformed all the ceremonies of Hajj. So, when the Night of Hasba (night of departure) came, I said, \n\"O Allah's Apostle! All your companions are returning with Hajj and `Umra except me.\" He asked \nme, \"Didn't you perform Tawaf of the Ka`ba (Umra) when you reached Mecca?\" I said, \"No.\" He said, \n\"Go to Tan`im with your brother `Abdur-Rahman, and assume Ihram for `Umra and I will wait for \nyou at such and such a place.\" So I went with `Abdur-Rahman to Tan`im and assumed Ihram for \n`Umra. Then Safiya bint Huyay got menses. The Prophet said, \" 'Aqra Halqa! You will detain us! \nDidn't you perform Tawaf-al-Ifada on the Day of Nahr (slaughtering)?\" She said, \"Yes, I did.\" He \nsaid, \"Then there is no harm, depart.\" So I met the Prophet when he was ascending the heights \ntowards Mecca and I was descending, or vice-versa.","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
