{"id":1180,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"24","bab_id":65.0,"english_bab_number":"65","arabic_bab_number":"65","hadith_number":"1498","our_hadith_number":98,"arabic_urn":114010,"arabic_bab_name":"باب مَا يُسْتَخْرَجُ مِنَ الْبَحْرِ","arabic_text":"وَقَالَ اللَّيْثُ حَدَّثَنِي جَعْفَرُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ هُرْمُزَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ أَنَّ رَجُلاً مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ سَأَلَ بَعْضَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ بِأَنْ يُسْلِفَهُ أَلْفَ دِينَارٍ، فَدَفَعَهَا إِلَيْهِ، فَخَرَجَ فِي الْبَحْرِ، فَلَمْ يَجِدْ مَرْكَبًا، فَأَخَذَ خَشَبَةً فَنَقَرَهَا فَأَدْخَلَ فِيهَا أَلْفَ دِينَارٍ، فَرَمَى بِهَا فِي الْبَحْرِ، فَخَرَجَ الرَّجُلُ الَّذِي كَانَ أَسْلَفَهُ، فَإِذَا بِالْخَشَبَةِ فَأَخَذَهَا لأَهْلِهِ حَطَبًا ـ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ ـ فَلَمَّا نَشَرَهَا وَجَدَ الْمَالَ ‏\"‏‏.‏","arabic_transliteration":"waqaala alllaythu haddathaniy ja'faru bnu rabiy'aha، 'an 'abdi alrrahmani bni hurmuza، 'an 'abiy hurayraha  rdy allh 'nh  'ani alnnabiyyi sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ 'anna rajulaan min baniy 'israa'iyla sa'ala ba'da baniy 'israa'iyla bi'an yuslifahu 'alfa diynaarin، fadafa'ahaa 'ilayhi، fakharaja fiy albahri، falam yajid markabana، fa'akhadha khashabahan fanaqarahaa fa'adkhala fiyhaa 'alfa diynaarin، faramay bihaa fiy albahri، fakharaja alrrajulu alladhiy kaana 'aslafahu، fa'idhaa bialkhashabahi fa'akhadhahaa l'ahlihi hatabana  fadhakara alhadiytha  falammaa nasharahaa wajada almaala ‏\"‏‏.‏","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":14130,"english_bab_name":"(Is Zakat imposed on) what is taken out of the sea","english_text":"<p>\n\n     Narrated Abu Huraira\n<p>\n\n     The Prophet said, \"A man from Bani Israel asked someone from Bani \n     Israel to give him a loan of one thousand Dinars and the later gave it\n     to him. The debtor went on a voyage (when the time for the payment of \n     the debt became due) but he did not find a boat, so he took a piece of\n     wood and bored it and put 1000 diners in it and threw it into the sea.\n     The creditor went out and took the piece of wood to his family to be \n     used as fire-wood.\" (See Hadith No. 488 B, Vol. 3).
