{"id":1146,"collection_id":1,"collection":"bukhari","collection_name":"Sahih al-Bukhari","book_number":"24","bab_id":44.0,"english_bab_number":"44","arabic_bab_number":"44","hadith_number":"1462","our_hadith_number":64,"arabic_urn":113630,"arabic_bab_name":"باب الزَّكَاةِ عَلَى الأَقَارِبِ","arabic_text":"تَصَدَّقُوا ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَمَرَّ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ تَصَدَّقْنَ، فَإِنِّي رَأَيْتُكُنَّ أَكْثَرَ أَهْلِ النَّارِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَقُلْنَ وَبِمَ ذَلِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ ‏\"‏ تُكْثِرْنَ اللَّعْنَ وَتَكْفُرْنَ الْعَشِيرَ، مَا رَأَيْتُ مِنْ نَاقِصَاتِ عَقْلٍ وَدِينٍ أَذْهَبَ لِلُبِّ الرَّجُلِ الْحَازِمِ مِنْ إِحْدَاكُنَّ يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ فَلَمَّا صَارَ إِلَى مَنْزِلِهِ جَاءَتْ زَيْنَبُ امْرَأَةُ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ تَسْتَأْذِنُ عَلَيْهِ فَقِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَذِهِ زَيْنَبُ فَقَالَ ‏\"‏ أَىُّ الزَّيَانِبِ ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَقِيلَ امْرَأَةُ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏\"‏ نَعَمِ ائْذَنُوا لَهَا ‏\"‏‏.‏ فَأُذِنَ لَهَا قَالَتْ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ إِنَّكَ أَمَرْتَ الْيَوْمَ بِالصَّدَقَةِ، وَكَانَ عِنْدِي حُلِيٌّ لِي، فَأَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَتَصَدَّقَ بِهِ، فَزَعَمَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّهُ وَوَلَدَهُ أَحَقُّ مَنْ تَصَدَّقْتُ بِهِ عَلَيْهِمْ‏.‏ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏\"‏ صَدَقَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، زَوْجُكِ وَوَلَدُكِ أَحَقُّ مَنْ تَصَدَّقْتِ بِهِ عَلَيْهِمْ ‏\"","arabic_transliteration":"tasaddaquwa ‏\"‏‏.‏ famarra 'alay alnnisaa'i faqaala ‏\"‏ yaa ma'shara alnnisaa'i tasaddaqna، fa'inniy ra'aytukunna 'akthara 'ahli alnnaari ‏\"‏‏.‏ faqulna wabima dhalika yaa rasuwla alllahi qaala ‏\"‏ tukthirna allla'na watakfurna al'ashiyra، maa ra'aytu min naaqisaati 'aqlin wadiynin 'adhhaba lilubbi alrrajuli alhaazimi min 'ihdaakunna yaa ma'shara alnnisaa'i ‏\"‏‏.‏ thumma ansarafa falammaa saara 'ilay manzilihi jaa'at zaynabu amra'ahu abni mas'uwdin tasta'dhinu 'alayhi faqiyla yaa rasuwla alllahi hadhihi zaynabu faqaala ‏\"‏ 'ayyu alzzayaanibi ‏\"‏‏.‏ faqiyla amra'ahu abni mas'uwdin‏.‏ qaala ‏\"‏ na'ami a'dhanuwa lahaa ‏\"‏‏.‏ fa'udhina lahaa qaalat yaa nabiyya alllahi 'innaka 'amarta alyawma bialssadaqahi، wakaana 'indiy huliyyun liy، fa'aradtu 'an 'atasaddaqa bihi، faza'ama abnu mas'uwdin 'annahu wawaladahu 'ahaqqu man tasaddaqtu bihi 'alayhim‏.‏ faqaala alnnabiyyu sly allh 'lyh wslm ‏\"‏ sadaqa abnu mas'uwdin، zawjuki wawaladuki 'ahaqqu man tasaddaqti bihi 'alayhim ‏\"","arabic_grade":"صحيح","english_urn":13790,"english_bab_name":"The giving of Zakat to relatives","english_text":"<p>\nNarrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri:\n\n<p>On `Id ul Fitr or `Id ul Adha Allah's Apostle (p.b.u.h) went out to the Musalla. After finishing the \nprayer, he delivered the sermon and ordered the people to give alms. He said, \"O people! Give alms.\" \nThen he went towards the women and said. \"O women! Give alms, for I have seen that the majority of \nthe dwellers of Hell-Fire were you (women).\" The women asked, \"O Allah's Apostle! What is the \nreason for it?\" He replied, \"O women! You curse frequently, and are ungrateful to your husbands. I \nhave not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. O women, some of you can \nlead a cautious wise man astray.\" Then he left. And when he reached his house, Zainab, the wife of \nIbn Mas`ud, came and asked permission to enter It was said, \"O Allah's Apostle! It is Zainab.\" He \nasked, 'Which Zainab?\" The reply was that she was the wife of Ibn Mas'ub. He said, \"Yes, allow her \nto enter.\" And she was admitted. Then she said, \"O Prophet of Allah! Today you ordered people to \ngive alms and I had an ornament and intended to give it as alms, but Ibn Mas`ud said that he and his \nchildren deserved it more than anybody else.\" The Prophet replied, \"Ibn Mas`ud had spoken the truth. \nYour husband and your children had more right to it than anybody else.\"","english_grade":"Sahih","last_updated":null,"xrefs":""}
